Well......there are 3 for me.... I grew up with Andrew Brunette.....played with and against him for many years I played against Brian Savage for 2 years in high school And Yvon Labre, the Capitals only retired jersey is my dad's second cousin don't know anyone in current draft either

I doubt that Tatis is involved because he has sucked for 3 years....and he makes a lot of money....then again...Texas would be paying Juan's salary....we would be paying Tatis' Shneider has been our good catcher co trading Barrett is okay....Ohka however is part of our beat-up rotation....if we had at least 2 of El Duque, Armas or Day back, I could see trading Ohka....kinda risky right now though..... Granted Roy hasn't hung on as much as other athletes have in the past (Messier, Emmitt Smith etc.) hey now.....I agree about Messier...but Emmitt is still young and more than good enough to keep playing.... I agree that Roy retired at a low point....but don't agree that he should've retired earlier.....he should keep playing....Avs still have as good a chance as anybody to win another cup in the next year or two (assuming Forsberg stays)...he still could've gone out on top... As for Hasek.....if he misses the game, he should come back.....maybe in a way...this could be a message for Lidstrom & Forsberg....leaving your NHL career to go back to your country might sound like a good idea....until you realize how much you miss the game.... just play out your careers...unlike the rest of us....your retirement starts at 40...plenty of time to spend with families.....we get to retire at 70 bleah!!!

Something like: Guerin and Hatcher for Hossa, Brisebois, McKay and ???(possibly another prospect like Plekanec or a pick in next years draft). boy oh boy...talk about dreaming!!!....I realize this is just talk...just fantasy but .....we would be thrilled...and shocked to get either one of these players.....there's no way in hell of getting both....very little chance of getting one...... players don't come to Montreal anymore....look at all the great players we've gotten in the past few years...(sarcasm) we have to be a successful team to attract good players...we have to have good players to have a successful team..... i think our best chance of success is to have an over achieving team full of prospects having a great season....build from within....get a little success going....a little excitement....and make the Habs a team that stars want to play on ps....Happy St. Jean Baptiste
