    A lot of guys look bad out there tonight....but....

    Does Plekanec look like he's got hands of stone or what? Also, how is he 5 metres offside on that one? He just seems to be so unsure of what he's doing out there more often than not.

    Pleks has never shown much offensive skill. Works hard and is a fast skater, but he is not offensively gifted. Not sure why people thought he would be.

    I do not having a good feeling about Huet this year. Last year I thought he played well, but had a lot of luck on his side. Was definitely riding a streak. I was shocked they signed him for as much as they did.

    So far this year, he has looked like the one year wonder I was afraid he was. That goal was brutal, but the fact is, he is always down on his knees this year.

    I sure hope I am wrong about him, but I have a feeling Abbey will be our main goaltender before the middle of the season. :(

    I bet Plekanec will get around the same amout of points that Ribs did on the 2nd line and Pleks have better attitude.

    I highly doubt it and so far, Ribs has a pretty big lead over Pleks. He is second on Dallas in points, playing on the 3rd and 2nd lines. He has produced a point per game and is plus 2. Not bad for someone we didn't think was worth a bag of pucks. :)

    Ribs looks to be having a good year, which I predicted after seeing him in the presesason. He seems more intense and his work ethic (actually since late last season) has been much improved.

    I really think the Habs walked away too soon. Not because Ribs is going to be a guy we don't want to trade, but because his value would have been much higher midway through this season.
