I have seen numerous opportunities for penalties to be called against Buffalo, but once again the calls only seem to go one way. The call on Boullion was bogus, and it even looked like he was tripped on the way in to get in that situation.

There you go. total rip off if you ask me.
the one that gets me is the Koivu penalty. Marginal at best and after a game where I saw him hooked twice, his stick held, and then interfered with.. .all with no calls.
Well, at least we got a point, but I hope the habs win the next one and get some sweet revenge.

There were no shots whenever someone was....not much good if there arent any shots
The one I was refering to was the shot that ribs screened.

Well Ribs was parked right in front on his shift. I wish Ryder would, but he always stays to the side waiting to shoot.
We need a big guy in front. The goalie can look over Koivu and right through Ribs.

Another no call. Just hammered down a habs no where near the puck right in front of the ref, no call.
These refs are crap.

Crap.. sucks to cough up a goal with 6 seconds to go (was tipped, not Huet's fault).
They best come out flying in the third.

It was tough picking between Bonk and Zed, but at the end of the day I figured that Bonk is the big money player who was going to finally add some offensive depth to this team. So far he has only managed the big money part.
Zed is dissapointing but I had a bad feeling about him anyway. As far as I am concerned, Ryder replaces him on this team. Time to deal him.
Ribs has struggles, but he is still 4th in points and I have hope for him in the long run, so I am only mildly dissapointed in him.
I didn't expect anything from Sunny and so far, he is delivering.

Theo SUCKS!!!!!
Theo doesn't suck, and two games does not make a career. Let's not get carried away.
Theo is playing terrible lately, but he has done plenty for this org and deserves some respect and some time to work on his play.
Huet is playing great right now and has earned more starts. I hope he keeps on this streak and I have no problem playing him until he falls apart. That said, I hope when he hits a bad patch we remember how he played this weekend and not call for his head.
Overall, best game I have seen from this bunch in ages. I think the biggest difference is they are playing a puck possession, forechecking game rather then that crap trap. The trap takes all the speed out of both teams and speed is suppose to be our advantage.
I hope Gainey keeps them playing this way.

One thing I like about Ribs, Kovy, and Perez....
They sure draw a lot of penalties. And I don't mean just this game. All season long they have had a way of drawing penalties. Probably because they make moves on guys that result in hooks and holds.

The habs have had a few scoring chances at least, but with all the penalties it is pretty hard to get an offensive game going.
I will say the Bruins hit way better then the habs. Their D don't play the puck, they play the man, which is why we are not getting nearly as many shots.
