Halak goaled 2 great game since he's back from Hamilton due to Huet trade. With a respectable 1.13 GAA and 0.965 with 1 So in 160min I think that he deserve's an other start, he might start to force Carbo's hand if play an other great game. He showed some pressure controle last year when Huet got hurt and had to perform to get the Habs in the playoff's. And this season in Hamilton was one if not the best goalie of the league So my question is: will he get more game's until the end of the season than it was planed. After seeing him play a couple of time im starting to think that he might do an NHL team someday , it's true that he might not be a great defensive minded guy but still think that scout's are little to rought on him From Hf.com : Talent Analysis The problem is, for a kid with the initials P.K., he shows no inclination for playing any sort of defensive role. In many ways, he's a defenseman in name only, regularly sacrificing good positioning to make a foray into the offensive end. Future If some team thinks they can rein in his freelancing ways - or maybe convert him into a forward - then the offensive potential is there. Otherwise, take note - there is absolutely no D in P.K. Subban's name or game. I dont think he's that bad... what do you think?

Some say that's a good choice but i don't. I'll explaine why: 1- I would said that Chris Chelios would be a better leader because he has more experience than Lidstrom, even if Lidstrom has won four norris in five year he's not what a guy like Chelios could give to the team 2- Detroit should name a youger captain than a Lidstrom or a Chelios. More like a Datsyuk or Zetterberg because they will be there longer than those 2 old fellal, So they could do like a Yzerman that been there a long time( think so ). Little bit like Koivu in Montreal. 3- ( only to say that im not raciste , and that i dont hate europeen people ) I don't remember seeing a team winning the stanley cup whit a europeen captain...( even if they won't win the cup anyway in those year that lidstrom would be there, if they go the same way there going right now) But there's a side of my self that say that a good choice, here why: 1- I wouldn't see a young guy like Datsyuk or Zetterberg saying to a guy like lidstrom or chelios " Come on, skate harder" or thing's like that 2- Lidstrom is a real playing legend in this league he's a winner, won the trophee everyone would dream for... and even 4 year in a row... The reason why they put raise the price tickets it's probably cause there's not enough fans going to the game so they need the same money but whit lees fan's in the place.... The team i would take off the league for lething other cities why better potantial St.Louis would be the first on my list, even if i dont really know the prospect i think that team is going no were... I'd take off Chicago too if i was Betman, for lething Quebec , winnipeg or other cities that would love to make a come back in the BIG league

Im just saying that Montreal is ok the way the team is right now , so the goons dont take to much place for the young players , and i did say dont need more i didn't say that they dont need goon's. Cause they will always need those type of player but not the same way that it was 5 year wen they ment goon's ( big player , there for hiting , fighting and bottering the oponent , but real often they dont have speed and make some mistake in the defensive zone, and taking useless penalty ) anyway that's my opinion,like it or not

Montreal dont need more Goon's player or only big player's to shake it up... look at wath Montreal did last year , they didn't have any goon's for almost all season but they add some player that are hard on puck. I Think that in the new Nhl goon's don't have theire place anymore, even the size dont really matter's anymore cause the little player's are often hard on puck. The New "goon's" in the "New" league are only player's hard on puck that wen it's time they can pull a fight out without taking stupid penalty because they are to slow

Hello, this is my first post in this forum so I say Hey to everyone first It been a will that i was watching the discusion in this forum and it look's great anyway back to the real subject by what i have seen on tsn.ca Biron would be a Sabres again this season... I would say that he's nuts to sign back in Buffalo cause he have the skill's to be a #1 and he's in the shadow of Miller. Maybe it's only for the time until they find the right spot for biron like Montreal are doing right now whit Aebi. But anyway being at is place i wouldn't have sign back in there unless that was the only team that offer im a contract.
