I got the chance to catch the lasat period of thursday's game between NYR and NYI and I gotta say that Dipietro looked really sharp, even though he allowed 4 goals against him...

Of course I'm not leaving - I was just beeing a tad sarcastic. My point beeing was that it's not easy to find the constructive posts in these endless game threads about the game in particular. Maybe a post game thread should be created for these purposes..? Other than that I really enjoy browsing these forums as well as this site since it's without any doubt the best information source there is about this fantastic team.

What is it about these records anyways? 98% of the post are "theo saves", "the sucks", "habs rule", "we score, yeah", "they score, ######", "our pp sucks" and so on... The content cleary doesn't get better if people are just flaming the threads so we can make new records...it will just lead to people start dissing these forums when only one out of 50 posts have something of value... Or is it just me? We'll in that case I'm sure none of you will miss me...flame on

I really do hope so - I don't see the point of why NASN should be offering that service otherwise... For those of you who have seen internet streamed games, how is the resolution and quality...? Will we even be able to see the puck? Anything below 640x480 would be a pain in the ass to watch I'm afraid....

I can't find any info on this (or am I just blind?), and unfortunately I don't understand that French article, but will this be Danis' NHL debut? Not that I doubt that he'll play sharp - I'm just curious...

Let's hope Danis can pull of just as good a game as Emery did yesterday. If we can keep Bondra and Hossa off the scoreboard we should be fine...

Let's drop the puck already! 1:30 am over here and I have to get up at seven in the morning, but I know I won't be getting any sleep before this game is over - which means the time will be 4 o'clock in the morning. Add an hour or two of excitement/dissapointment/other mixed feelings after the game before I'll be able to fall asleep... Conclusion? I fear for the Senators tonight. Hasek had a less than decent game last night, I'm afraid he'll bounce back and shut us out tonight. I do hope our heros will prove me wrong - let's go for 4-0! :ghg:

Agreed. NHL is avaliable in Sweden on CANAL+, but currently they are only broadcasting 4 games/week. Out of these four games you could say that two are Philly and Capital-games because of Forsberg, and the former Capitals defenseman Calle Johansson, who is now a comentator for C+. It seems as he has a say in the picks of games as well. The Caps are imo a very boring team to watch. I also believe we will se a heck of a lot of Red Wings games due to all the Swedes playing there....

Damnit. NASN isn't avaliable in Sweden. Typical...

I wonder which network they are talking about? Could it be Eurosport? There were rumors going around a few days before the season started that Eurosport were signing a contract with NHL to broadcast 200 games (aprox 6 per week), but backed out in the last minute. It had something to do with CANAL+ and them getting all the rights...Eurosport although claimed that they wanted to sign the contract but the NHL chose to give CANAL+ fully rights instead. Some source saíd that Eurosport wanted to file a lawsuit against the NHL because of this matter... I really hope that this network that TSN is reporting about is Eurosport, since it can be watched by most people in Europe.

Now that is Habs dedication! It is 11pm in Ontario and one of my buddies just called to go play NHL 2004 on his XBOX. I like it better than my Playstation, easier to score.
