  1. Difference between Hasek and Abi is that Abi doesnt know what the hell hes doing!!! You never see Hasek go down and give an empty net to the oposition. He stacks his pads when theres a one timer with a guy very close to him. The play where Abi gave up the goal he basically went down early and left the whole net open for like 3 seconds.
  2. Obviously! Only the habs are stupid enough not to realise bye bye playoffs if you lose tonight.
  3. Game over boys. Canes are 20-0-0 after leading after 2. Another loss! Pathetic!
  4. Ugh stop passing back to the point every single time!!! Never ever works!
  5. Doubt hes the only one. The refs hate the habs so Lapierre will probably end up getting a penalty too.
  6. Ugh freakin score a goal already. We turn around the net and nothing happens every single time.
  7. Look tonight we will beat the flying rats ass out of those fluke bastards! And thats the bottom line cuz ABI4LIFE said so!
  8. Look ABI4LIFE is never wrong so get your facts straight pal. Thornton <<<< Koivu in the playoffs and thats ALL I got to say about taht!
  9. Koivu is one of the best playoff performers in the game. I'd rather have him leading my team to the cup then a guy like Joe Thronton.
  10. People think just because Sammy has the most es points means he'll instantly be great on the pp. Well reality check folks... thats not true! Samsonov rushes plays way too much. Hes so weak on the halfboards that he easily gets checked off the pucks UNLIKE Kovalev. Whenever he's out there on the pp nothing happens. He just stickhandles too quickly and loses the puck. He also has the weakest shot for a winger on the top 2 lines on this team.
  11. 5 times actually.... 5 in the last 6 seasons.
  12. First of all get your facts straight pal. Kovalev was used as a secondary player in new york. He played on a defensive team and with a system in place. He was still very young. Then he went to Pittsburgh. Career high in points with 66 in his first year. Career high with 95 in his 2nd year. (4th in league scoring that year) Then then next year he missed 15 games but was still one of the top 15 scorers in the league. Had he played.. he was on pace for 93 points which would put him top 5 in the league again. His chemistry with Straka and Lang was amazing. The next year Jagr was traded, Lemieux missed 60 games and Kovalev pretty much produced with Jan Hrdina playing on his line. 64 points in 54 games.. again on pace for over 90 points. Then he was traded back to New York Rangers. Surprise surprise he had his lowest season in terms of points in his career the following year! Kovalev just doesnt fit on a defensive team like the rangers at the time and the habs right now. If you put him on a team like Ottawa, Buffalo, Pittsburgh he'd instantly score lots of points. He had 65 in 69 games last year despite playing with Ribeiro and Bulis..
  13. I'd rather have Forsberg who has 170 points in I dont know how many games (I'm sure less then 170) rather then Koivu 170 in like 240... It means Forsberg has a much bigger impact in winning the games in which he plays in.
  14. Especially since without Kovalev he's nothing on the pp.
  15. Exactly hes such a dominant goalie like kinda I used to be a couple years ago.
  16. Dump Kovalev for someone BETTER. If not leave him alone.
  17. Another loss tonight boys. Off to bed I go! See ya'll tommorow for some fun during gametime!
  18. Look if were gonna trade Kovalev to sign Souray I dont think its a good idea. The only reason Souray is able to get off his cannon on the pp is because Kovalev creates space for him and feeds him perfectly. Past 2 games without Kovalev...no chances to score on the pp for Souray and pretty much any other player.
