I still dont think the sens will win the cup.
I think they need a Canadian player with leadership.
Europeans wont play much harder in the playoffs than in the regular season while Northamerican players have showed on and on that most of them raise their game a level coming into the playoffs. I think Toronto might win this year caus they have all they need.

I just have to say... still the leafs are in the top of the league while we are falling like a brick from a roof.
Our players are even more embarrasing fighting eachother in the practices. I cant dirttalk the leafs since they are winning their games.

I would love this deal if we make the playoffs and get the team to play as a team again. Otherwise Id like draftpicks better.

I hope we get those two while trading players like Perreault, Dackell and Hossa since Hossa hasnt developed well lately he might be stopping the other prospects by taking their spots.

Now its time to bench the whole team since they dont seem to compete in the third... OR try to convince Bettman to change the league to only 2 period of play

varada injured? Great... at least we get to keep our goalies in one peace now when cheapshot varada isnt in the game.. I really hate Varada since he played in buffalo and rammed Theo.

I would trade for smyth... We can afford to lose 1 or 2 prospects becaus I think we really have lots of them. Maybe send them Hossa and a pick or something like that.

As long as the team isnt panicing I wont. Lets see what Julien and Gainey does. I think they will do the right things.

Which is really best? 1st spot in the east might face a Rangers team that is hungrier than most teams after missing the playoffs for years. 6th spot will face a team that maybe wouldnt even have made the playoffs if there werent for the division win. If I can pick between NYR, Tampa or Atlanta I would be more pleased with a 6th spot than a 1st spot since we also get to pick earlier in the draft that way... so GO FOR THAT 6th SPOT HABS!!!

2 points out of 6 is 1 point behind what I wanted but it still isnt that bad. And remember... a losingstreak brings us closer to another winningstreak and I think we will get lots of W in the 6 games before allstar break.
I hope the leaf fans pesters us alot... that way itll be ALOT more sweet when we knock them out of the playoffs in the first round.

Dackell was in the biggest swedish newspaper aftonbladet today... he was ranked 8th on the top 10 list of possitive suprises... they wrote he was underestimated.
