  1. The game is lopsided ch_nl...we are dominating. But you never know with the Habs. I am not going to tell you what to do though, for fear of being the jinx.
  2. Why are we still playing the Hunchback of Montreal? He screwed up twice there in the offensive zone.
  3. Talk about having an off year, full of poor defensive play due to...poor pinching and bad decisions...well, screw that, it paid off this time! OH THE IRONY!
  4. HE HAS BEEN REVIVED! ANDREI MARKOV WITH AN ACTUALLY GOOD PINCH ON THE ZED SHOT, AND HE GETS THE REBOUND!
  5. RAYCROFT GETS LUCKY ON A ONE TIMER OUT FRONT TO RYDER! MAN OH MAN, PUT PEOPLE NEAR THE NET AND WE WILL HAVE THIS SERIES! TWO HUGE CHANCES THERE! :ghg::ghg: ---just tell me if I get annoying, I tend to do Play-by-Play

  7. It's his release. He's got some slick moves that he can use to get in position. Then he uses his quick release to get a shot off. And not only his release, he also shoots a LOT. For the first 10 or 15 games, Ryder was in the top 5 in the league for shots. But at least someone is shooting! Last year, we averaged around 15 a game in the last 15 games! It is good to see youngsters like that shooting the puck. With his hard shot, you get more rebounds. I just never knew he was such an accurate shooter.
  8. Yea, now that I saw the replay, he intentionally left his hands out there to hit PJ.
  9. Gotta love Ryder, he never quits on the play. He is such a gritty player, and I don't think I am alone when I say I only thought of him as a career 3rd liner. He is valued for his defensive positioning and his play along the boards, but to get over 40 points in a season? That is just a plus to how good of a grinder he is.
  10. GOD DAMN I TELL YOU, GET PEOPLE NEAR THE NET AND WE WILL SCORE! RAYCROFT WAS ON HIS BACK, BUT NO ONE WAS THERE TO GET THE PUCK! LISTEN TO ME!!!!! :ghg:
  11. Moe! Glad to see you made it over here buddy! :/) :ghg::ghg::ghg::ghg::ghg::ghg::ghg:
  12. I disagree, he is one of the few Habs who had a heart early in the year. He never quits on the play and grinds away along the boards. I enjoy his presence on the ice, he is a scrappy guy who comes away with the puck...he is a guy that teams love to have. He doesn't offer much as a scorer, but scoring chances are created thanks to his determination on the ice.
  13. Julien told CBC that Garon is starting in net next game and that Jose is playing 2nd line center. :ghg::ghg:
  14. Here is what HF said: Has good lateral movement. Takes up a lot of space in net. Tough to beat down low, has very quick reflexes. His biggest asset is his work ethic, as he has been a workhorse in net for the Brown Bears. Also a very smart person as he was named to the ECAC All-Academic Team for the last two years. ---Sounds like an Eddie Belfour. Aside from the being smart part. :ghg::ghg::ghg::ghg::ghg::ghg:
  15. He is a 7 as rated by hockeysfuture.com. He sounds promising.
  16. Although I respect Bouillion's intensity for the size he has...he just isn't the enforcer that Komi is. Komi is big and will lay down the law. Tonight, the defense has been a huge help because the players have been able to withstand the heat after the shot and give a good outlet pass, and we have suddenly been revitalized. Well, Bouillion has not been a part of that, but that is Komi's specialty, and he is not it. Komi thrives on the 1st, long pass, and completes it very well. We need him to get the rushes started, and he can do it.
  17. Woah Woah Woah...I was never down on Kovy. I mean come on, I just joined today, you can't possibly know anything about what I think.
  18. Our defense has been amazing! All of these odd man rushes have been created by the defense with great outlet passes. Ohh Dagenais needs to put that in the net! I said it before, get someone near the net, and Raycroft will have loads of trouble. :ghg::ghg::ghg:
  19. The Habs have LIFE tonight! Look at how hard they are skating! This is unbelievable! They are jumping all over the passes, all over the boards! They are ready for another upset!!! :hlogo:
  20. WHAT A BULLET! HE COULD BE THE BEST SNIPER IN THE NHL! WHAT A PICKUP!!!!! Hey...Hal Gill...:-^ Nice play you douche! HAHAHA YES!
