Habs77 Posted August 31, 2003 Share Posted August 31, 2003 I remember Boivin commenting that Koivu should be signed soon... and Gainey saying the negotiations had been going well and he had no doubt they'd reach an agreement. We should be getting a news story about Koivu's signing any day now, the terms of the contract not disclosed of course... *sigh* I worry more about him managing to stay healthy for 2 consecutive seasons... something he has yet to accomplish in his whole career with the Habs. However, both Koivu's agent Don Baisley and Gainey say the negotiations are going well. Relax, Markov was the question mark... and he's already signed so we're fine.
