Hey Adirondack Bud welcome to HW!

Don't have a source handy but I believe Ken's jersey retirement ceremony is January 29 when the Sens visit the Bell.

Thanks for the info, although not the answer I was hoping for. I just got tickets to the Atlanta game and when they came in the mail, they had the retired jerseys on them and they had the # 29 on them. I guess I was hoping that meant that this was going to be the night to retire his #. Oh well, I will still have a great time at the game.

Kind of reminds me of a Harry Chapin song -

"All my life's a circle;

Sunrise and sundown;

Moon rolls thru the nighttime;

Till the daybreak comes around.

All my life's a circle;

But I can't tell you why;

Season's spinning round again;

The years keep rollin' by....."

Awesome song, it always seems to roll through one's life from time to time once you hear it, seems to me as it should be.

As I roll through my 34th year, I spent my afternoon at a Youth Task Force committee meeting and went from there to a retirement planning meeting with my wife. Talk about two different worlds and life being a circle, I also remember thinking that guys like LaFleur, Dryden, Shutt, Savard, Robinson, Gainey were superheros when I was a kid. I just hope that young kids today get that same sense from some of today's Glorieux.

Congrats M. Dryden, you deserve it! And to those of you lucky enough to attend, just know that many more of us are also with you that night!

And for those who want to sing along, here's a midi delight...All My Life's a Circle
