  1. They'll never shut up if they win this one... SO THATS WHY THIS ONE COUNTS!
  2. I was hoping that if I willed hard enough there'd be a tie. Didn't work. And if there was a SO then Sammy could show off a bit. Ah well. And everyone knows it's really 2-1. Empty net goals mean nothing. Unless it actually affects the result.
  3. I think I'm not in a position to say it but. You are awesome. Thanks.
  4. Those are the best pics I've seen! And any samsonov ones? And the baby in the foreground of Ribs' photo with the habs jersey is ADORABLE.
  5. I saw this today and froze. He looks exactly like the guy who graduated in the year above me here. Creepy.
  6. I always find it terrible, when that grief overcomes people and turns to hate. I know many friends who felt very vulnerable from the new direction of fear. My friend likes to look up things, including conspiracy theories. I always try to keep a mild tone in the conversation because I feel squeemish about the topic. Death happened, and I feel the greatest tribute is the quiet respect and memory.
  7. I'm a fairly boring person so Friends is my choice. It's thee only show where me and other friends can quote it enthusiastically. I as well do love That 70's Show but I'm not to into it since Topher Grace left. Happy Days? Seriously?
  8. I'm getting my laptop replaced the end of this year and I've been really considering the mac option since I've heard about how easier it is to use. I know someone who can't stand using a PC because a Mac was so much simpler to them. Right now I have an IBM Thinkpad R40 and pretty much everything has happened to it so the Mac option really is appealing since as many have said, there's support from every corner. Any suggestions? I only really want the Mac because I'm sick of my laptop crashing thirty times and freezing when it hits something tricky. Plus I treat my laptops really bad.
  9. Hey, random lurker here and fairly interested in the Habs (a big fan of Sammy as well which helped add to that). I'm not sure if this helps or not but the main issue with his visa was that he wanted to come to the golf tournament but leave the country then return. Something about immigration not really letting it happen. But then a quick google here shows that he's in Detroit? Russian immigration laws are generally hard overall, even harder than any other countries. And well, even going there is a pain in the ass sometimes.
