Now there's something I did not know - makes a lot of sense though when you think about it. You could practically pull your goalie whenever you play a team from the opposite conference. And I know an OT loss tonight would might have come to haunt us in april - but nobody has died by gamling a bit (except for Russian roulette perhaps ) Well - one point is better than none at all.

Habs PP with one minute to go in OT. Wouldn't it be a good idea to pull Theodore in situations like this? We're already guaranteed one point, and if the Rangers would score in open net, they would only be one point closer to us - we are still 7 pts ahead.

Congrats! :/) I was up for celebration when my website hit 10k visitors not long ago Although I'm not a big contributor of the forum, I still visit the site and the forum a couple of times each day. I think the problem with the HW Forum is that there isn't enough fuss about it on the website. There is just a simple plain link in the menu to the left. I reccon most of the visitors don't even bother to do anything else than to read the headlines, and the menu just gets by unnoticed. I suggest that you put at a small banner just below the latest headline and above "Latest news" section on the front page - or something in between. Whatever it takes to get the visitors aware of that HW actually is a community. Another thing you could do is just to put up a simple link at the end of every HW-written article that says "Discuss this article in the forum". A link that leads directly to a new thread with the same title as the headline. It's all about those little things And good luck in the future with HW. Just looking at some stats you can see that the Canadiens is the second hottest team in the league right now, having a record of 7-1-1-1 in their 10 last games. Only Colorado is better with 8-1-0-1. This is just awesome - I hope they can keep this up throughout the whole season - if so, the Canadiens WILL be a worthy candidate to the Cup. These upcoming two weeks will defenitely give us a hint of what should be expected, when we'll face the Flyers and the Devils away, and the Bruins and Leafs at home. We'll also be facing the Sabres and the Rangers who've also been playing well lately and the Wilds - who on the other side haven't - but who still shouldn't be taken lightly. So - what are your precidtions of the upcoming 8 games? I don't wanna jinx anything so I say we'll be 2-5-1

Cleaned my harddrive yesterday and I can't find the CD-rom with the drivers for my soundcard - can't listen to the game - totally missed that this was an afternoon game also, so it doesn't really matter i guess - the second period just ended. WOW!!! 4-0 HABS! 4 points but Sheldon Souray according to ESPN Scoreboard/Box score. Awesome...I would have loved to see this game. Also three points by Michael Ryder. This guy is hot!
