I missed the first two periods, was in still on my flight back home for the first and listened to the 2nd period on the way home from the airport on satellite. So, with the exception of the 3rd period and overtime I can only go by the highlights. The defence looked horrible on all the goals. I really don't get what Spacek is doing in the lineup. Would rather see Weber or even Mara. Spacek has looked horrible in all the games. This is why i don't want Hammer and Gill back next year - unless the habs can find a way to dump Spacek. Gill has served his purpose this year in mentoring Subban, but the defence is far too slow and Gill, Hammer and Spacek also lack any sort of physicality depsite Gill being almost as big as Chara. I also don't get what Moen is doing on the second line and am really fed up with Gomez after a strong first game by him. There have been far too many goals scored where he has been responsible for covering the goal scorer and has just let his man be all alone in front of the net or has been very lazy in his back check. I really think JM needs to mix up his 2nd, 3rd and 4th lines and has got to have Halpern taking more draws. I'd like to see the following: AK46-Pleks-Cammy Deshernais-Eller-Gionta Pouliot-Halpern-White Pyatt-Gomez-Darche SUbban-Gill Wiz-Hammer Sopel-Weber Next game, IMO you have to sit either Moen or Gomez. Pouliot has been horrible, but so was Ryder. What Pouliot does bring, like Ryder is the POTENTIAL to contribute. I'm fed up with the emtpy net misses by Moen and Gomez and just fed up in general with Gomez. If the habs get out of this round (momentum clearly is with Boston now), I'd like them to play him in game 1, because that tends to be the only game historically that Gomez is strong in. But after that his ass should be nailed to the bench. He is not contributing offensively and has been a major liability defensively. The habs should be up 3-1 right now and it could have even been a 4-0 series win, in which case, I would have been willing to cast my doubts about JM aside, but being tied 2-2 when they had Boston on the ropes is so demoralizing. It just seems other coaches make the right call, like calling a time at on oppertune time. I also can't believe who ineffective the PP has been. It's not as bad as it was in the Philly series, but last night at the end of the 3rd, the PP oppertunity was one that you have to capitalize on and you can't let leads and oppertunities like that continuously slip through your fingers and expect to be successful. Lastly, Fereance should be suspended, but given that we have idiots and the father of Campell in charge of officiting, I doubt if we'll see that happen.

He's got a lot of company tonight. Pouliot takes a dumb penalty after White had already lined up his man and aside from the fight has been invisible anyways. THe habs were saying all the right things coming into this game, but really didn't bother to show up. Lots up sloppy play by everyone tonight.

thats' the first time I noticed Pouliot in this series.

next game, I'd rather see Weber out there.

+1 Freidman is an idiot for printing that BS, let alone even considering believing such BS. Chara is a guy who looks like he TRYS to hurt people, going off on Pleks was an example. I still remember him pulling down and pounding on Komisarik from behind 3-4 years ago. I can't express how great it is having to be in Toronto this week for work and wearing a habs ties to my meetings

wow - thanks for posting! The play didn't look at all like the way CJAD described it. It sounded like Pleks initiated the whole play with a cheap shot. ESPN actually should a few of the highlights from the game and I was really surprised by Gomez - that first setup to Gionta was great and he also did a great job stripping that ape Lucic of the puck. There is no way Gionta should have scored on that shot - but hey, we'll take it I hope Gomer can keep it up. But it really sounded like a solid team effort with everyone with the possibly the exception of Eller playing a great game. It was Eller's first playoff game, so we can cut him some slack, but I hope the team puts forth the same effort on Saterday. I've got a 6 hour drive to Phoenix today and fly back home tomorrow - as long as i don't get held up too long at customs, I should be able to make it home for the game.

On CJAD they were afraid that Pleks may have awakened the bear in a 2-0 game. We'll see. I can see the Goons being much more physical and targeting Subban, Pleks and Gionta. I just hope that the damn league instructs its referees to keep order and not allow things to get out of hand. I was expecting the Goon squad out for them when the habs got the second goal late in the game. I don't have much respect for the bruins or their coach.

Well he couldn't pronounce Halak - how hard is it to pronounce a two syllabell name??? It's not that he can't pronounce it, its that he's a redneck dick and always has been a redneck dick. I remember when Winnipeg used to have a a swedish assistant coach, can't remember his name, but he would intentially call him Alto something or the other, which was actually a dog food name. Even after being corrected, he still kept calling him the dog food name. Cherry's an AXXhole.

I can't see the play, can only go by CJAD's commentary. They actually said their was no embelishment by Subban and that while there shouldn't have been a call, it was a dumb play by White after getting a chance on the PP. sounds like he is playing well though! Really like White.

I just got back to my hotel and can only listen in on CJAD - unfortunately no habs games available in arizona. Sounds like White was playing a good game until the dumb penalty on the PP. What happened to Ak46???
