I do believe Doan played in the World Championships before he played in the World Cup Yep, I think he captained one of the teams too. I know for a fact he was on the 03 and 05 team and I'm pretty sure he was on the 04 team. Just saw the Foote was placed on the IR so that might have some effect on his position. I'm seeing a lot of Sakic's but honestly, if we're getting the current Sakic then I don't want him anywhere near this team. Oh yeah, definitely. If he had of played just about every game so far I'm almost certain he would've been a lock. I really only see 4 locks for the team right now anyway. Spezza, Redden, Heatley and Gagne.

The final rosters are due within the next 3 weeks (I think the deadline for final rosters is the 22nd, someone can correct me if I'm wrong) so it's getting pretty close. Crosby and Staal also deserve spots on the team, I'm just not sure where to stick them.

The Avs NEED to claim Huselius. He could be a huge addition to the Avs, especially with Kono out for the season and Turgeon on the IR. Richardson and McCormick aren't the ones who are gonna get it done.

Fata has hands of stone though. He's really fast but thats all he brings to the table. Koltsov is faster and has good hands. Good vision and a decent shot. If you want someone fast and exciting, take Koltsov before you take Fata.
