dlbalr
With absolutely no chance left at a playoff spot (regardless of what the PBP team says; winning every game from here on out would still give the Bulldogs less than a 1% chance of making it), Hamilton (26-33-1-5) will look to play spoiler tonight against division rival Rochester (36-26-3-1). Hopefully Tokarski will get to start after another so-so outing from Mayer. Projected Rochester Lines:(based on last games' +/- data) Girgensons - Schofield - Mancari Tarnasky - Adam - Rankin Tropp - McCormick - Ellis Roy - Legault - Jacobs Crawford - Biega Fienhage - Pardy Schiestel - Gauthier-Leduc Leggio Projected Hamilton Lines: Belzile - Tenute - Holland Bournival - Dumont - Leblanc Quailer - Nokelainen - Lefebvre Vail - Ouellet - Stortini Tinordi - Pateryn St. Denis - Stejskal Grassi - Ellis TokarskiPuck drop is at 7:00 PM, Funny820 as always will have the play-by-play; click the banner below to listen. dlbalr
Hamilton re-organized the lines a bit tonight, Quailer-Vail-Leblanc is a line. They've done well so far as Quailer and Vail (1st of his career) have goals while Leblanc has two helpers. Two lineup changes, Merth for Stejskal and Hagel for Lefebvre. Plus, thankfully Tokarski is in net. 2-0 Bulldogs early in the 3rd.
dlbalr
The 3rd period went as follows: Rochester scores Rochester scores Rochester scores Rochester scores into an empty net. 4-2 bad guys is the final. http://theahl.com/stats/game-summary.php?game_id=1010867
miklin
Argh!!! Wheels seems to fall off the wagon when Grassi pinched and got caught up ice. (BTW-he plays with his tongue stuck out and I'm sure he's going to lose it without a proper mouth guard. In College, I think he had a full cage, so no problem). Eliis next lost the puck and voila, goal number two for Rochester. Three looked like a screen. Bothered me that some fans gave Tokarski the bronx cheer after making any easy catch---it sure wasn't his fault. His numbers are actually quite good with Hamilton but he is doomed to play for a team that can't score. Allowing the Amerks to score a short handed empty net goal is inexcusable Edited March 31, 2013 by miklin
