Raider911
we are outshooting them 9-3 but with 2 pps, it should be like that.

puck7x
ugh , this game isnt going too well. Habs dominated first period , sabres had nothing going. In second the Sabres scored on their first chance (pp goal) , then got another goal on some sloppy defense by the Ribeiro line... 2-0 Buf after 2... Sighs.... Quebecois
Well we lost 2-1, but i think it was a pretty good effort. Outshot them 37-17, should have been a Habs victory tonight, but stuff like this happens. We just need to rebound tomorrow night at the Bell Centre. Habs77
Also, Theo did make some nice saves... but the two goals were stoppable. The poor guy has to be perfect just to have a chance to win, tough job. As I said in the beginning when were going well, the key to this team was the offense... not defense. The defense allows us to stay close, the offense is what wins you games. Now this team has gone from overachieving to underchieving... time for us to get back a normal below average offense. But I'm hopeful. We've had good starts in the 1st period before, but this was the first time we finished strong in the 3rd while trying to come back. If the Habs were a stock I'd say they just broke a resistance level, and the stock price is about to move up.
puck7x
Habs win 2nd half of home and home by a score of 3-0.... Pretty solid game by the team , Bulis , Kilger and Souray with the habs goals , Souray leads NHL d-men in scoring with 6 goals (also leads habs in overall goal scoring) , Theodore leads NHL in shutouts with 4 already. Koivu had a huge hit in the 2nd on Satan , Brown came to defend Satan and Koivu dropped his gloves and started pounding him (then everyone stepped in , and was stopped) ... Langdon fought Petters (tie) , and Rivet fought Mair who poked at Theodore after the play was blown dead ... Rivet was hammering Mair , but linesmen stopped the fight early... Good to see Rivet fight , and to defend the goalie.. Fans really liked it and finally cheered him for a change.
