Well done boys! Unfortunately I couldn't be there tonight because of work Enjoyed it on the radio though. Now looking forward to seeing Price in nets for the Habs.

I'm happy with the deal, as others said, probably a little high, but he was important to keep. It's quite possible that Gainey watched a few of the Bulldogs games and panicked when he saw the brutal puck movement on the powerplay!

Thanks for the write up! I've caught a couple of the Bulldog playoff games, and I must say I too was impressed with Chipchura. Very strong on his skates and does a great job coming out of the corners with the puck. Grabovski looks decent too. The big problem seemed to be that he and his linemates weren't on the same page. He seemed to be expecting passes and they would never come. I don't know if it's his fault though, or if his linemates can't keep up with him.

I'm curious though, wouldn't Colorado want to dump Aebs or Budaj if they get Theo? Aebisher makes 1.9/year, so I can't image they would want his salary with Theo's. Not sure how long his contract is, maybe it's done at the end of this year.
