  1. Savard's stats are not that great, he seems to be be over paid and over played
  2. From the man himself, TT: https://www.nhl.com/canadiens/news/timmins-reflecting-on-the-picks/c-325801140
  3. waiting for the UFA getting started, I'll park my UFA wish list here. What I want most is to add a RHD: Ideally, one of Hamilton, Barrie, If that is not possible, I woud like them to bring back one both of these ubpopular choices: Merrill and Gustafsson But I would be ok if we got a depth RHD instead: Ceci, Poolman, Belpedio ==== Forwards? From the current UFAs with the club, I hope they bring back these three: Perry and Armia, Danault
  4. enjoyed that read, great job. B for the Habs is fair, and the F for Mailloux is harsh but deserved by MB. Thanks for being so active in this forum and give us a behind the scene to all the great work you do on LWOS.
  5. I thought he was mobbed, tarred and feathered
  6. Habs RD depth is going to come from somewhere else than the draft They went for talented scoring forwards!
  7. I don't think you get the nuance; as a male, being more in-tune with how words and actions affect female sensitivities differently is "a thing" Personally, there are ways of expressing myself that I find offensive now that I thought were just fine 20-30 years ago. That comes from learning about becoming more in-tune Logan has to show he has gained that personal skill: empathy; and it this case, empathy, maturity and jugement.
  8. My 2nd round wish list is dwindling down to long term projects, nothing that I can tell as a good pick: Scott Morrow, Alexsi, Heimosalmi, Francesco Pinelli Left: Jack Bar (RD)? Ryan Ufko (RD)? Ville Koivunen (LW) ? Benjamin Gaudreau (G) ?
  9. Good idea! I created one let see what the forum thinks ... but had to go back and try to re-focus discussion away from his criminal past. If he is able to make amendments and redeem himself, I would like to have the chance to follow his hockey career.
  10. I kept looking for a list of re-entry players available before the draft and couldn't find one. Does anyone know where to find one?
  11. Seems like the Swedish justice system has dealt with this, the work needed is with regards to closure for the victime . From The Athletic: << “Logan says that I want to ruin his career. I have never said that. All I have wanted is to get justice for the actions he has taken against me,” the woman wrote. “If his actions ruin his career, it’s up to him. It’s not my fault.”>>
  12. Another shocker !!! Love the drama but hate the pick for a kid that didn’t want to be picked, to select him as the Habs first round pick is going to be detrimental to him Even if he pays his dues to justice and society, other teams will have an easy time in trash talking him out of his game
  13. well, the odds are like 50/50 at this point, aren't they?
  14. I am tired of the Habs swinging for the fences with the late 1st I would like them to take a "safe" pick... specially since I have no clue who they are pciking At this point, I would prefer they trade down 10-15 spots
  15. why do some analyst have Chayka so high? should the Habs pick him?
  16. on the other hand, we do not know how serious Weber's injurieS are (emphasis on multiple)
  17. same here, that is why I am still folowing this
  18. that is how I am taking it. when Markov blew his knee the second time, it was all doom and gloom too
  19. Is that’s Weekes on the Sports Net panel? he looks lake he has gained weight !
