  1. I read you, I get it I just hope, and hope for the best in people
  2. you are right, I have not watched a Habs game in over two weeks. I don’t have a clue how he is playing. All I know is that I would play the boat anchor contract on a second line in hopes that what happened with Monahan happens again and that the asset can be shipped out. Next season is a long way in thaw future; the Habs will be very different then
  3. It is not about Armia deserving to move up. I do not know if you know the saying: “People raise to their level of incompetence” Armia’s level is 3rd line winger
  4. I prefer playing Anderson over Gallagher on the second line. Armia has never successfully been a top-6 forward. He does great on a third line and that is where I would look to up Armia’s value. I am not as adverse towards Anderson; he is a useful player if the coaching staff uses him to his strengths instead of re-inventing him… but I digress
  5. Maybe now, but he is still developing and He may be an option as a 4th RD if Savard is moved; he can flip/flop with Kovacevic on the bottom pair until the other RDs are ready
  6. well, I am still hoping Roy wins that spot. Anderson is signed until 2027. Dach and Newhook play a fast aggressive game, from all the other options on wing, Anderson is there by default unless Roy is fully healed and wins that spot. Dvorak and Armia are both UFAs after next season. I would play them together on the 3rd line and rotate a winger there. Anyone, whoever best helps them get points or be scored on less. That's the money line from which at least two will be traded at the deadline. Evans can center the remainders and be an awesome 4th liner.
  7. Anderson and Dvorak cannot play together. They tend to go to the same spots on the ice and run into each other; and none of them were able to adjust their game despite all the effort from the coaching staff. I much rather see Anderson with Dach and Newhook unless Roy wins that spot squarely next season.
  8. Cursed! they are freaking Cursed!
  9. he had a similar resurgence when he and Caufield visited Wisconsin. I htink they both were on COVID protocol. https://www.thewhig.com/sports/hockey/nhl/hockey-inside-out/canadiens-notebook-cole-caufield-refreshed-after-a-trip-to-wisconsin I think Armia has take a long tome to recover from long-COVID.
  10. like I've posted before, I consider Evans part of my core for the rebuild
  11. maybe because I do not get aroused at the thought of teenagers...
  12. I doubt HughGort trades Barron, like Smyalic and Heineman, these are the guys he traded for. I think they will be patient with these guys.
  13. As a 3rd pairing RD, I have no problem with Barron. He can buy time for Bogdan to adapt to North-American hockey
  14. seems like Dobes had a rough game, Kaskisuo came in on the 2nd and they seemed to have played better until the middle of the 2nd when they got scored a 5th goal
  15. I am excited on seeing what this young man can do in North America once he comes over. I think he will be another exciting prospect to follow in the AHL
  16. "I see some Celebrini in my Habs future winnings..." it is not a great catch phrases, but much better than ChatGPT's: 1. "The stars align with Celebrini, it's fate, I'm feeling." 2. "In the air, a vibe with Celebrini, it's our team he'll be seeing." 3. "With each sign, it's clear, Celebrini will soon appear." 4. "Sensing the aura, with Celebrini, victory draws near-a." 5. "Celebrini's aura shines, joining us, it's in the signs." 6. "In my bones, the certainty, Celebrini will join our fraternity." 7. "Whispers in the wind, Celebrini's name, our team will rescind." 8. "With each heartbeat, Celebrini's presence, I greet." 9. "In every dream, Celebrini's role, it seems." 10. "The universe agrees, Celebrini will be our keys."
  17. thank you for sharing your thoughts, I recorded this game and was going to watch it at some point today, I can skip the disappointment and just skip tot the next game. somehow I am glad others are seeing the same from Harris that I see, I have nothing personal against the kid but I believe that at this point he is not the best option for the Habs D squad. You are the second person that mentions how Primeau flops around and takes himself out of position. I do not remember him being that type of goalie earlier in his career. I am sure he will make adjustments now that he is playing more often; I am still hopeful that he becomes a good NHL backup.
  18. Summary of David "Hmmmmmm...?!" Re... Reinbachers' season https://thibaudchatel.substack.com/p/summing-up-david-reinbachers-23-24
  19. Two LVL Rocket rivals have added to their teams. Let’s see if HughGort follows or if the NHL season has priority:
  20. They’ll play 4?5? Games against Belleville, that is the team they can catch up. If AHL playoffs for development has any importance for HughGort then we will see some movement For example:
