  1. I saw Halak's hand shaking... ...Ovvechkin's hand.
  2. I am not the least bit surprised to see this series go to Game 7. Of all the series in the first round, this one (to me at least) looked like the most even one. Great game by the Prairie Dogs today.
  3. Let me make it simple for myself then. :hlogo:
  4. By my count, the Habs have scored 14 goals in the first 5 games. Mike "Norris" Green has been on the ice for 9 of those goals.
  5. This is exactly the kind of game the Habs have to play in order to win. Low-scoring games is the way to go. I think everyone deserves a ton of credit. Especially Halak of course, but the rest too. They fought really hard. It was only in the last two minutes I got nervous.
  6. It got a little easier on the second try: Final score: 400,613 Final level: 10 Travel IQ: 114
  7. No, not Goodfellas. But it is Casino. No. #1 North By Northwest #2 The Village #3 Monty Python's The Meaning of Life #4 Do The Right Thing #5 Wall-E #6 The Da Vinci Code #8 Casino #9 Silence of the Lambs
  8. Colorado's Ryan O'Reilly scores his first ever playoff goal

  10. His heart was in the right place but I can't say I approve of his methods. I think he not only put himself in danger but the bears as well. It can't be good to get that close to wild animals, for either party. The human puts his or her life at stake and also risks habituating the wild animal to contact with humans, which may put the animal in danger. Let me be the first to admit I am by no means an expert on wild animals. But I have to say Treadwell reminded me a great deal about Steve "Crocodile Hunter" Irwin. I didn't like his methods too well either. The movie was very captivating tho. A good documentary IMO.
  11. A little? The guy was a frikken nutcase. A walking disaster waiting to happen.
  12. I don't remember the last time I went here, so sorry if I've posted this before. Tuesday last week I recorded a very interesting documentary on a Swedish channel, and another interesting one yesterday. I wonder if they have a theme on wacky people or something cause it can't be a coincidence they're showing these docs one after the other. The first one was Werner Herzog's Grizzly Man, about Tim Treadwell who spent 13 summers in Alaska interacting with bears. In 2003 he and his girlfriend were killed and partially eaten by a bear. The other one was The King of Kong. This is about two people competing for the Donkey Kong high score. Billy Mitchell set a world record in 1982, now Steve Wiebe is trying to break that record. A fierce and bitter fight ensues. A must-see for gaming freaks and psychology majors everywhere. Two different but in its own right very interesting documentaries that I would strongly recommend.
  13. Hehe, that line reminded me about that line from the Terminator movies. "Skynet went online on such and such date and time..."
  14. You have good taste if you remember Soundgarden.
