It's the same format as always, you have a salary cap of 30 points to fill out your 12-player roster. You get to change your roster at the end of the first and second rounds. (I imagine it's a Canada-only pool - I miss the old Sporting News pool that wasn't region-specific - but a fake address gets around that, of course.)
