Komisarek the Cruncher
I read an article from Bertrand Raymond (journalist for "Le Journal de Montréal" who knows Lecavalier's dad and he also said that Lecavalier really considered coming here. He also said that Lecavalier still wants to play in Montreal eventually. Let's not forget that he will be only 29 years old at the end of his contract...we just have to wait 4 years now

kaos
Good Let Tampa pay $6.8 Million for him now, and in four years when Bonk and Koivu are just about finished, then sign Lecavalier to a deal. Sounds good to me. Even though he didn't come to Montreal, its nice to hear an athelete say that there happy where they are, especially when its the team that drafted them. Good luck Vinny, I wish you all the best
DANFALCAO
ya i would of paid him 4.5 ,5 max anything more i would want him maybe after 4 years theodore would be gone and price would be in making less money and then we can get lacavaier for 5 ,5.
Howie_Morenz
I am in agreement with DANFALCAO thoughts. I think it is hard to pay someone more than $5M now with the cap in place. Plus we have to give some of the young guys roster spots and actually let them play.
