this goes back to fan dont know all...most guy was crying for tanguay to come back..and now ever team as pass on him so far...its show that we can cry all we what about the moves of GMs but most of the time we well never know the true story of why a guy left or a guy stay or why we didnt sign this guy and that... I was one of the guy who thought tanguay would of been back for sure....but it look like he was not the player we thought he was...and it might as somthing to do with bob not making him capt if he stay..if bob kept him and never give him the C the french media would be all over it and from what i know about tanguay he a good guy but not much of a leader...who know.. the reason i think he didnt get sign by other teams yet is that his agent might of over priced him and teams spend there money on other freeagents and not much left over for a player that as been hurt...he well still find a team but i dont think it be on his terms....... i wish that he would sign a cheap one year with us to prove he still got it, but there no way we got room

i agree i would keep subban,price....but if the price was kost for stall i make that trade today..

i think we could get stall out of pit, but it would cost a lot more then you guys think....they wouldnt what Pleks, because they got 2 top C... i think they would asked for subban or weber, chips(replace stall), and kost.

i still think bob well make a trade, and try to dump a couple of players, i think its going to be later in the summer when other teams still need to fill out their team...chipchura as made it so that it be crazy not to keep him just for cap reasons...or for a team not to take him in a package because it would give them cap room.. i hope we keep him..iam a be fan of him and hope he brings his A game this year...he as great leadership and is a winner, sound like he should fit in with the new guys well

i was so pumped when we got georges...but the more he talks the more i dont like him...his a great fighter but if you are not willing to punch guys out, whats the point...to be a good hockey fighter you got to be a bit of a bad ass and with this code george got made up, he as made him self useless, unless its a stage fight...if i was bob i would have a goodtalk with george and if he dont say the right things..i would move him or he be a AHL PLAYER next season and give his cap space to a player we can use to help the habs win..

take a cheaper deal to stay with the big club...got to love the guys that do it for the team, just not the pay check....hats off to Chipchura....

dont listen to the tsn guys, montreal problem wasnt the talent on our team last year its was the dressing room..iam not sure what went on..but there is alot of stuff we dont know about.....we need new faces more then anything and thats what we got new face...we got 2 guys with cup ring that know what it takes to win...we got a young goal score, and a good D-man that can play both ends of the ice..not a bad day so far..and the summer just start bob still got all summer to put this team together...we can still trade and still got money to sign guys..

F*** komi he passed on being the habs C, to play for the leafs....for 500 000, bullsh*t... he didnt what to be a habs, there not a thing bob can do to fix that... like i said support the guys that what to be here..he was vote in to the allstar game by habs fans not because his that good but because most habs fav love him and he just p*ss in all their faces.. iam so glad i always hate him,it just makes it so much easy for me to boo him now...

i like this signing the most 5 year, for good money...his a hard worker with skill, and he WHATS TO PLAY IN MONTREAL... AND HIS ONLY 27..AND HIS FROM CANADA

i dont think this move was as bad as most guys think........gomez well fit into the new game plan for next year..we need a change and this is part of it...his deal is only for 5 more years and his only 29...in the new nhl where ever star wants 10-15 years deal, this is a bit better...he got 2 cup rings and was a big part of those teams... i really believe habs fan well never be happy, they cry when we dont make moves, they cry when we do..for crying out lould lets stop of the i what vinny and support the guys we got...vinny never what to be here he had many chanse to sign with the habs and didnt, and t-bay wont trade him...what the f**k is bob suppose to do kidnap him lmfao..
