nope. AMC bought the building, gutted it, and not they have a movie theater that nobody goes to, a restaurant that closed down, a commercial Italian restaurant, a future shop and a comedy club. The initial defenders didn't challenge the ball carrier and the team didn't attempt the long passes which made them successful. Also, Donaldoni is a fool for not starting Del Piero and playing Ambrossini instead of Di Rossi. I'm not talking about Canadianess in film. To be a Canadian film, it has to be made in Canada. But if the only films that can be made in Canada are the ones supported by the government, and they force Canadian broadcasters to show 30% Canadian Material, then basically 30% of what you watch will be government controlled.

Let me tell you why this law is dirty. The Canadian government under Pearson decided to enact legislation to subsidize, and give tax breaks to Canadian Film and Music productions to attempt to increase the amount of Canadian cultural media available to the Canadian Public. The CRTC has gone so far to force all Canadian Media Outlets to play a minimum of 30% Canadian Material. Now, if the Canadian government is given the right to decide what is right and wrong for the Canadian community (which is an argument all on its own that I would like to hear you explain to me how you think its a good idea), a potentially large amount of Canadian Material may not have the financial support to continue to be produced. Meaning that 30% mandatory Canadian Material may become extremely redundant and repetitive. Also, do you really trust a parliamentary committee led by a government that 35% of the population voted for to decide what the entire population listens to? Don't forget, it won't be parliament that decides what gets funding, but a committee led by our beloved Prime Minister. Don't forget that the majority of the CDN population didn't vote for a conservative minded gov't. Why should our TV be that way?

With Kovalev in his late 30's, and Koivu at the tail end of his career, and Hamrlik in his late 30's....we need to try an win now, not trade for a guy who will be fully developed in 2-3 years and sacrifice our best C And tampa wouldn't make that deal either. It's not in their best interest. They want to win in the future. And Stamkos is the insurance policy in case they lose Lecavalier in a few years

i though he was going to be pretty good. When he was traded from SJ, he was playing over 15 minutes a game, and that was awesome for a 22 year old.
