I was happy with loaf fan thinking they were Canada's team. They have NOTHING else to hang their hats on. They carry on like that's an issue for fans of other teams. Who cares?? Toronto is Canada's largest metropolitan area, it only makes sense that they'd have alot of fans and alot of media coverage, whatever, it has zero affect on anything that matters. And now we find out that the Canadiens are still popular.

I had no problem with the call. Mara basically mugged the guy. Jacques Martin referenced discipline in his post game comments, and now Hamrlik has come out as well, talking about discipline. You knew the refs just wanted to call something late in the game. On a positive note, I think Sergei Kost is here to stay, and Max Pac looks to be developing very nicely. Suddenly, our often critisized young player development looks alot better.

He may not be fresh as a daisy, seems the team was concerned about holiday travel in the USA, so they hired a limo to get him to Pittsburgh. I've done that drive, not exactly exciting. I HATE the salary cap!!! I know that sounds selfish, and probably saved the NHL, but Bob has a problem brewing. My opinion, we've got to sign PLEX. I don't know if it's because he's free of Kovalev, or he, as suggested, easily got into coach Martin's system, whatever. He's become a point per game player. How we do it? I have no clue. Maybe we trade Spacek, resign MAB, and give the difference to Plex, but it's getting to the point that it's a must sign. Oh and Bob, during the season, not after, when it seems to be more difficult.
