Don't be scared.... Every team's hopes will come down to their goaltending. That's why I think Atlanta could do some damage if they get in. More so then Tampa(who's goaltending sucks the big one) Atlanta had a slow start, but they've been a pretty scary hockey club lately. They have more then they need to win some rounds. Great in net.....and scoring out the ying yang. I want them to make it. If they meet Ottawa, I think they'll beat them.

We have a great team as long as know one slumps. We would be battling for 1st if it wasn't for MR.VEZINA. I don't blame any of the players..........Theo's confidence killed the Habs mid season ......see ya My point is......The Habs are even better then we know. If I was the fan of any other team, I wouldn't want the Habs first round.

Just looking at the Habs record today while going over the standings. Man if wasn't for that month the habs deflated and Theo played like crap. We would be up there, challenging for first. That one road trip where we lost like six in a row. Damn!!!!! Or just the friggin games we let the Pens have. I think we should be a sronger team then on paper. Hopefully Ottawa and Carolina won't expect it. Ottawa knows for sure, but Carolina doesn't. We just may catch them off guard. Stanley Cup?

Does Carolina have injuries, or are they just purely sucking.........They will probably get hot again. Thing is, if we get them first round, it might be an easy 5 or 6 games. OTTAWA SUN: Bruce Garrioch reports Montreal Canadiens GM Bob Gainey and goaltender Cristobal Huet have agreed not to hold contract discussions until the season is over. An unrestricted free agent this summer, Huet will be looking at a major raise from the $456K he's made this season, based on his strong play which has saved the Canadiens season. Should the Habs fail to re-sign him, there will be no shortage of suitors for Huet's services, as Garrioch suggests "Toronto, Edmonton, Vancouver, Tampa Bay and St. Louis" could be interested. Spector's Note: Don't expect Huet to become an unrestricted free agent. Gainey didn't trade away Jose Theodore to lose Huet this summer. Huet's agent will probably seek between $3.5 -$4.5 million per season, and the Habs will happily pay it, especially if Huet carries them deep into the playoffs.

Wow. That really sucks, considering that I was predicting a Montreal Nashville Final, Maby Montreal, Avalanche final now. Huet vs Theo!! All the best to Vokoun. That's scary. If Vancouver wasn't playing San Jose twice this week I'd say the Avs were doomed, They may be anyway.....especially if they go with Theo the rest of the way and Vancouver grabs a win from the Sharks. If the Avs do make it, like always, Theo will steal the 1st round and then he will BOMB in the second round. That's just who he is and what he does. History will repeat itself again. and again ,......and again. 5 million well spent.

IMO Huet see's the puck better then any goaltender I've ever seen. He is the most comfortable goalie I have ever seen. I think Huet for years was under rated. He is about to shine. Not too long ago he stole a win from the Islanders ....2-0 win. He kept us in a lot of games, in just the recent winning streak. I don't need to read a positive or negative article written by anybody to tell you that ......Maby Huet hasn't been able to steal a game for us this season but he HAS made the biggest SAVE in my eyes. THE SEASON. Steal a game? Think about it dude.......7 friggin shut-outs. I don't care what the score was, all the habs needed was 1. He stole all of those games. Huet is the best in the league right now..... Everyone should worry. Pierre Maguire. Who the fu64645ck is that anyway? Sounds like a tool to me.

High hopes!!!!!!!! I don't think he'll suck as bad as he did this year, But he won't be top 5. There are too many good goalies in this league....Lundqvist(sp?) , Lethinen(sp?), Kipper, These are 3 that will be stingy next year, hopefully we can add Huet to the the top 5 list. The only thing that will put wins on Theo's record will be the fact that the Avs score. All the games are going to be 5-4, 7-6, 6-5......That's just what I think..... I won't judge him till next year either........

I'm not really sure what to expect from Ribs anymore. He has definitally changed his work habits and it is showing. Amazing night against Ottawa. I hope he keeps it up in the play-offs. Murray got promoted because he was working so hard. He's not the type of player that is going to adjust quickly being thrown onto the second line. He's probably thinking, what the f#&^K am I doing here. He will need more time to adjust. Gainey see's a quality in him that he feels given the chance might turn him into a strong goal scorer. Thankfully Gainey has the patience to see it through, and not give up after one shit like Julien did so many times. We all wish for immediate results, but for some it takes longer. It may not be as negative as you think. Come play-off time we'll have a better idea.
