Overall, a good job Uncle Bob. You are one of the reasons I am proud to be a Canadiens fan. Its good to see Bob will be staying around to smooth the transition as an advisor. Gauthier knows Martin and the team very well. I think he will try to deal Hamrlik and Spacek before the deadline. That will leave money for Pleks. Subban and hopefully Emelin or Carle can fill those holes next year. I think our top six when healthy are fine. What we need is some big tough defensive players that can skate on the bottom lines to beat up opposing Dmen and hold leads. I think Bob made the right decision at the right time. Hopefully this wakes Pricy up. A new era has begun. :hlogo:

Great game, the team has turned it around ever since Carey came out of his net to collide with the St. Louis tough guy and then tried to fight him. I think they are really starting to come together. Don't underestimate the importance to beating NJ and NY for Gomez and Gionta. Cammalleri would give his left nut for a win. No more elephant in the room anymore in Big Georges. He was a disappointment and I think it really was affecting the team. I see good things for the Habs from here on out. Go :hlogo: Go :ninja:

Obviously Martin knows the players have been changed, so when he says he wants to change the culture, he means the culture of the players that are left over. So in a way, we can compare what he does with those leftover players to what Carbo did and its a fair comparison, despite the change of veterans.
