Brière prefered the Cup to the Canadiens

Réjean Tremblay hates "the Organization" for two reasons.

First, he's not on the Canadiens' 100th anniversary commity, but all the other old time writers are: Red Fisher, Bertrand Raymond and Richard Garneau (so I've heard). So he's pissed off he's been left aside.

Second, he hates non-french-canadians. He's pissed off to see an anglo (Gainey) after decades of french rulership (Serge Savard, Réjean Houle, André Savard...)

He's an has-been.

This Briere article is total horseshit. I can't believe that the french media still has credibility in regards to the Montreal Canadiens. It's like the South Park episode where the kids run a newstation and just make up news to cause a commotion.

Oh brother, now Réjean Tremblay is using Mulroney attacking Trudeau as an example. Besides attending games at the Forum, what else (besides both being fans) do the 2 former PM's have to do with the Habs? Réjean Tremblay is losing it.

Yeah, bla bla bla, Briere not here, move along please, nothing to see...

Besides, according to this article, we signed Rafalski along with Hamrlik.

"Boivin noted that the club had planned to sign one high-profile forward and one defenceman. For the latter spot, they had their sights set on Roman Hamrlik, who did sign a four-year contract to play in Montreal. The team also signed Brian Rafalski."

Saved!

On another note, what will Rejan do if the whole linemate-gate is proved to be a fabrication? Turn in his press pass for season's tickets at the Impact? Hope so.

I believe the Brian signed by the Canadiens is Smolinski(sp?) not Rafalski.
