The name Ed Hospodar stuck in my head for 20 years. Hextall and his one year wonder pulled a number on us that year. But you guys mention why Roy was not involved, where was the nutbar Hextall? The 1986 Lemieux would have punched the snot out of that guy, but he seemed to want no part of it, nor did Corson and where was the Big Bird? Probably the toughest guy on either team? I imagine that the core guys did not want to miss major chunks of the game due to penalties and misconducts that is why Corson, Lemieux, Tocchet etc did not want to go. Would have loved to see a repeat of this though. Big Bird coming off the bench and cleaning house Also, does anybody else miss the organ? I loved the organ playing final countdown. THAT WAS AWESOME!
