And most owner do a lot more then just watch the games Pierre. The Sens for example, Melnyk is a huge part of the day to day operations of the team. He works pretty closely with Bryan Murray. Does he hand 'ownership' over to his partner for the period of this suspension? Seriously, I don't know how they can ban an owner in the owner sense.
