Thomas scores, Beck scores

McCarron stopped by Gibson, Kearns fired over top of net

Dumont scores, some guy scores 5-hole

Scherbak backhand off side of net, Vaive stopped by Tokarski

Eisenschmid denied, other guy scores and winning goal.

Leading division/ yesterday getting points in game which they were drastically outplayed-- it's all good-- Marlies will be team to beat in this division. My guess is that Leafs will have a lot of call-ups which should help our cause. Very positive to be winning early with this young squad. Leads me to believe that they might be very good before the years out.

They are off to a good start, but seems very young teams are quite streaky and first few games may mean little in long run, but hope you are correct.

Holloway-Hudon and other top forwards are doing very well.

It was quite a surprise when Big Mikey scored with 1second left, but the way the stunk it up for first 2 periods they didn't even deserve the 1 point (but Tokarski kept them in it long enough).
