dlbalr
Make that 3-1 as the Pirates get a power play goal. This is trouble. And now it's even bigger trouble, 4-1. The St. John's PBP guy, ever the optimist, has declared this one as over.

dlbalr
A random factoid for Portland - MacKenzie Weegar (who has four points in these two games), has a connection to the Habs. He was drafted with Montreal's 7th round pick in 2013; the Habs acquired Florida's 2014 7th rounder in the trade. (Of course, they turned around and traded that back to Florida a week later as part of the George Parros deal.)
dlbalr
MacMillan scored one late (with 3 seconds left) to make it look closer but it was yet another tough loss against Portland. They'll try to salvage something from the week tomorrow in Hartford. http://theahl.com/stats/game-summary.php?game_id=1015327
