ch_nl
Lindros? Why? Doesn't Canada want to win? Here's my national team I would like to see. Sundström - Forsberg - Näslund Axelsson - Sundin - Alfredsson Huselius - Zetterberg - Renberg Holmström - Nylander - Modin Jönsson Öhlund - Lidström Johnsson - Tärnström Norström - Hävelid Jönsson Hedberg Salo Liv
sakiqc
Alex Tanguay - Joe Sakic - Jarome Iginla Rick Nash - Brendan Morrison - Todd Bertuzzi Eric Lindros - Joe Thornton - Glen Murray Ryan Smyth - Shane Doan - Jeff O'Neill Vincent Lecavalier, Martin St. Louis Souray - Blake Redden - Sydor Smith - Jovanovski Niedermayer, Aucoin Brodeur Theodore I liked the Sakic's line at Nagano. Also, it's a good thing to pair teammates, since it's easier to have a chemistry get going faster during that short events. What about Rick Nash? Natural scorer with size.. replacing Naslund on that VAN line =) 3rd line could have been all Bruins, but I replaced Knuble with Lindros 4th line is very dynamic.. skilled forward, forechecker, intensity.. a perfect line Souray ? Why not!! He'l make a crunch duo with Blake!! heheeh Sydor might be a long shot too.. but I'm sure he'd do well in those kind of events. As of Smith, he's a warrior.. oilers captain.. could make the team. Brodeur is not a tough choice. Theo might play some games (they're better to put him in nets when they play @ Montreal!) LMAO what the hell was i smoking. I meant Iginla's twin, who's plaing in the ECHL right now, and there's a rookie called Elisa (a girl) who should do great on a line with Lindros. Lisa and Lindy together
john wiens
Lemieux is done, and we need speed and puck possession to win. Tanguay is overrated on his current team. The second line needs more speed than I have seen so far. Paul Kariya - Joe Sakic - Jarome Iginla Ryan Smyth- Brendan Morrison - Todd Bertuzzi Eric Gagne- Joe Thornton - Glen Murray Dany Heatley - Vincent Lecavalier- Steve Yzerman Morris makes dumb decisions sometimes, and I think he will feel to rushed by the ice size. So, as much as I'd like to put him with Redden, I prefer Phillips. Foote - Blake Niedermayer - Jovanovski Redden - Phillips Brodeur Belfour

jl.roberts
Simon Gagne - Joe Sakic - Jarome Iginla Dany Heatley - Joe Thornton - Todd Bertuzzi Alex Tanguay - Vincent Lecavalier - Paul Kariya Rick Nash - Jeff O'Neill - Shane Doan ----------- Ryan Smyth, Glen Murray *If Jason Allison is healthy, he's a top six forward. Derek Morris - Chris Pronger Eric Brewer - Scott Niedermayer Rob Blake - Adam Foote ----------- Wade Redden Martin Brodeur Jose Theodore ------------ Roberto Luongo
Bonavistaman11
I agree, Lemieux is done! And every team has to have three players under the age of 23?? (i think its 23) 1.)Bertuzzi-Thornton-Iginla (lots of goals, lots of hits, lot's of energy) 2.)Kariya-Sakic-Heatley (Speed and a lot of offense would come from this line) 3.)Smyth-Yzerman-Shanahan (a ton of determination, and a line capable of shutting down the best players in the World, while adding some offense) 4.)Nash-Lecavalier-Murray (another good scoring line) Wild card players to fill the other forward positions could be Gagne, Tanguay, Madden, Spezza, Lindros, Nolan.........the list goes on. Canada could have two gold medal contenders. 1.)Pronger-Blake (Best pairing i can think of) 2.)Jovanonski-Niedermayer ( Soild defensively and Offensively) 3.)Redden-Foote ( In your face hockey from Foote along with all around play from Redden Again a number of guys could be on the team as 7th dman, but i'd take Boumeester to round out the 3 under 23 year olds. Souray, Morris, Brewer, other possibilities. Goalies: 1.)Brodeur (Best in the World) 2.)Theodore (Best after Brodeur) 3.)Luongo (Maybe equal to Theo) Other possibilities are Fleury, Belfour, Turco....... IMO with this team, no one in the World would touch them.
Bonavistaman11
My team now would be: Bertuzzi-Sakic-Iginla Heatley-Thornton-St.Louis Shannahan-Madden-Yzerman Tanguay-Lecavalier-Nash Pronger-Blake jovanovski-Niedermayer Redden-Souray Foote Theo Luongo Brodeur I cant stand the fact that Quinn will be the coach again. Leafs Suck
Belfour on Canada? Thats a joke right? Here is the master list, 26 players have to be on the roster, including three under 23 Bertuzzi, Thornton, Sakic, Heatley, Iginla, Kariya, Tanguay, Nash, Spezza, Doan, St. Louis, Madden, Peca, Marleau, and Lemieux Pronger, Blake, Niedermayer, Foote, Redden, Aucoin and Bouwmeester Theodore, Brodeur and Luongo Put those 26 players out there and Canada will win no problem. Buttman will not have a chance to rig it again... [Edited on 2004/2/10 by Leafs Suck]
