Peter Puck
I'm not even so sure Danis will be our starter all year long in HAMILTON. Nor am I. But the chances of his maiking the Habs and winning the Calder are still better than any other rookie we have.
BTH
Malkin out 4-6 weeks. That dampens his chances of winning the Calder but I'd still rank him as the favourite.
MAK
seeing kessel play, I think he as a shot especially since he'll be playing with great players
KoZed
I think he's still eligible, so my choice is Jiri Hudler. He's ready to step up in Yzerman's spot. Second choice would be Kopitar in LA.

ch_nl
Malkin! Difference between Malkin and Ovechkin: Ovechking had proved himself and in the NHL. But in Europe there's people arguing that Evgeni Malkin is the better of the two. Malkin is more of a playmaker and I don't know how he will work with Sidney Crosby as they might be too similar. And in Sweden we have Niclas Bäckström. He's getting better and better by the day and when set up with Oveckink in a year or two Pittsburgh and Washington will both have a Super-duo.
