RobRock
Souray and Hossa get coinky-dinks. Fair trade. Latendress's points just keep on coming, Did Lats get an assist on the goal? I don't know who it hit in front. 4 minute powerplay for Montreal.

RobRock
Really quick whistle on that play, the puck was in the slot. Sammy might have buried that chance if he'd one-timed it.

RobRock
This is not going to be good if they allow this to count. Edited November 19, 2006 by RobRock

RobRock
Should Samsonov's goal count? In truth, it shouldn't because they dropped the puck. Once they re-start play, they aren't supposed to review it. But it was definitely over the line.
KoZed
In truth, it shouldn't because they dropped the puck. Once they re-start play, they aren't supposed to review it. But it was definitely over the line. They explained it on CKAC. The goal judge has the privilege to stop the play if he wants to review. twilighthours
Boy that Koivu penalty really sucked the life out of a good power play chance.
Athlétique.Canadien
Should Samsonov's goal count? The NHL reviewed it and they probably deemed it was inconclusive. Looked like it was in though Edited November 19, 2006 by ATHLÉTIQUE.CANADIEN

RobRock
I went over the rule book at NHL.com and, to my surprise, there's nothing that I read which stated that this was not a reviewable play. But that's the way I understood the rule to be when they introduced the video review. If the puck was dropped, then it didn't matter. Unless the time keeper didn't get the referee's attention and tell him the play was under review. Maybe that was what they told Hartley. The one that the abc fans can't stand him being in which is a very good thing I always loved it as a goalie when I found the zone. Great place to be. Spent too much time out of it though, thus the music career.
