I wish my first post back to HW after the summer break would be under better circumstances... I wish Markov a speedy recovery. Although it's easy to see a lot of doom and gloom right now, i'm keeping my fingers crossed that we'll somehow manage, as difficult as it sounds. :hlogo:

I think this season, with almost a whole new team in place, new coach, new staff, practically new everything... our ranking will be somewhere between 1st and 15th in the east. I really see it as anybody's guess. There are too many variables this year!

I'm happy he wants to stay in the NHL, but i'm disappointed that for Plex and so many other hockey players, it's all about money.

Guess the shopping ain't done yet!

Cata here, just dropping in to say hi. Been following all the happenings, and i'm quite disappointed. At the moment i just feel like forgetting about hockey and sleeping through the next season. Somebody convince me otherwise!

Last i checked, we were still in the playoffs. When it's over, it'll be over. In all likelyhood, it'll be over tonight, but still.. that point in time has yet to arrive.

Ain't over till the fat lady sings. I heard she's warming up for a vocal performance tonight, but you never know.. that's one show that might yet be cancelled.

Sorry, even a game thread maker can lose hope. I do hope the Habs win tonight, if only to avoid a series sweep.. but it's going to take us a miracle now to avoid watching our habs reserve their tee times.
