  1. Not sure...does she have a fu manchu mustache also?
  2. Sure, if he falls on hard times, have empathy for him of course, but he shouldn't have to end up on skid row with only couple hundred grand in the bank. He knows trades are part of business, especially as part-time fringe player, so being shipped out or going unsigned this summer shouldn't be a huge shock.
  3. Took me awhile to figure that one out. If y'alls not big on the draft & run up to Free Agency, yes I suppose it will be awhile before need to check PRT.
  4. Sorry, they make too much cash for me to feel that bad for them, it is just a sport. I got respect for a Mike Keane who played 5 full years in AHL after playing 1161 NHL career games. Or a Tom Kostopoulas who is still losing 100% of his fights, standing up for his teammates in the AHL.
  5. I think the Owner likes to 'help' his GMs in Vancouver, more than a Molson does.
  6. Bobby Orr was overrated eh. Thanks, needed a good chuckle!
  7. Lets just say, I have got a much better 'feeling' about Danault than Matteau. Pelly simply couldn't finish. nor be consistent with physical play. Rene Bourque was just like that, would hit but also do as many (or more) stick-check fly bys. Hope Matteau can find his game and he is a big young kid, maybe he can become a good checker?
  8. Caps were just overconfident Johnny, it is hard to get up for crap teams sometimes. I wouldn't get too excited about that nor Leaf win. Keep calm and tank on!
  9. I think it is a Cull for Cull deal, Matteau hasn't scored for shite in juniors, AHL nor NHL, so likely will be a wash out soon enough. He isn't as good as he thinks he is.
  10. Yes, Bergevin basically just said they have lacked that type of player this year and will have 15 players under 25 playing so wants someone with grit and experience.
  11. NO, enough of this winning crap! Once Price is back we will see more of it.
  12. thank god, he moved some dead weight
  13. He is strictly riding shotgun for McCarron, so he wont have to fight...as much. So for the McCarron supporters, it is a good pick up and he can actually skate and forecheck, unlike Scott.
  14. Well at least an upgrade over last couple players who wore that #.
  15. It seems Eller would be more a free agent or draft day move, like Emelin and maybe Desharnais.
  16. Cant see Pelly being in future plans and I wouldn't miss him. If move Desharnais, would make many HabFans very happy.
  17. So no Patrick Kane, Claude Giroux, Sidney Crosby types. But seeing as almost all are 6' or taller in top 15, odds are you will be correct.
  18. I simply would like to see Timmins get a top 10 pick and take the best player available; whether that is 165lb forward Keller, 175lb d-man Bean or jumbo 225lber Gauthier, dosent really matter to me, I will trust their scouting staff.
  19. I can already hear Commandant pasting some fancy-stat chart or graph, showing how crappy Eller really is.
  20. So your officially off the bangwagon, is that what you are saying? I kinda liked the Weise & X trade, definitely wouldn't call it a disgusting move. So if had of traded for a better goalie, we would be a contender right now? Oh forgot, also should of added a quality top-4 d-man, new #1 centre, scoring RW.. wonder why Habs Mgmt never thought of those moves, maybe you do have a valid point and they are stupid.
  21. Pierre-Luc Dubois had 2g 3a game yesterday. But he is big LW and Gauthier is bigger RW, who had 38g 73pts in 63 gms last year and 39g in 45gms this year is quite impressive (he missed last year draft by just 1 month, so bit older than most). Mike McLeod seems most likely centre to be taken around where Habs will pick.
