I highly doubt will get top five, maybe can sneak into 7th if all the stars align.

...many HabFans would call them smurfs?

From sounds of it, 100% agree he didn't need to crap on Subban to the media as he did, going by Boone's comment saying he called it a selfish play. While may be true, definitely didn't need to say that.
-
Eller on pace for 82g/yr when put with Pacioretty, but still with just 3rd line minutes. Gilbert had more icetime than Subban, too funny. Well, many are always whining that Therrien only benches the kids for screwing up, but when he does it to a (supposed) leader with ugly giveaway , he is bad coach?

2 pp goals even, nice. Lernout dropped the gloves, might just be his 1st (or 2nd?) pro fight? McCarron 1st star and John Scott 3rd star of game, BIG stars.

Couldn't believe Subban heard my prayers with less than 2 minutes left, I thought for sure was going to OT. -
the last bit.

Never heard what was said but thanks to Subban blowing that game...was too darn close to one point. Did he intentionally giveaway puck? He has led league for 2 years in giveaways, so likely can chalk it up as just another one from overhandling puck.

Most disappointing Habs' season?

The season Kovalev dropped his glove and knocked over Souray vs Bruins. (sorry no, 89 I guess was worse ending) -

Time for a "Therrien is Dumb." thread eh. -

Ben, Lars is 217th in icetime/gm among forwards, you think that is top six minutes? Yes he was on Galchenyuk's wing, but still never played a lot. I see he is going centre Pacioretty-Andrighetto, nice! -
Would be interesting to see Ellis get a call up.

Hudon also had 57pts as a rookie and is doing well again, as noted in other thread would like to see him or McCarron get a call up, cant hurt the drive for a high pick. -

Quit pickin on poor Larry (he is what he is) and he hasn't ever had top six minutes has he? So how would we know he cant centre 11-27 and do fine, who cares if we win, just don't get blown out of rink every game is what Molson is hoping for now and they basically have 25 practice games left to play so whats to lose? -
Poor lil Davie. But on the other hand, if he is out maybe Hudon or McCarron gets a game or two?

So if Pacioretty cant play centre and we have seen Galchenyuk struggle at centre, but do just fine as a winger, even on off wing. What is so bad about him being a winger, you are happy as pig in shit to let Pacioretty be a winger, why not do the same with Galchenyuk and quit complaining about which position you want him to play? Simply because need a big top six one isn't good enough reason is it? -

That is the thing, just because he is the closest thing to a big young centreman they have, dosent mean he should be forced into the role. Why not teach Pacioretty to play centre? -

I think sitting with 9th pick now. Maybe a francophone will be it; Pierre-Luc Dubois, who was stand out at top prospects game. Big C/LW 53gms 32g 75pts 85pims. Or maybe big Russian d-man Mikhail Sergachev? -
24:30 for Beaulieu, most of any d. Hope this is a trend, letting the young guys show what can do for the final 25 games. Flieshman does seem dead in the water and I guess helps to keep in roster, if going for best draft spot. Hope they clear room at deadline to bring up Hudon, Holloway, McCarron etc in March.

OK, I would almost assume was Molson pressuring Bergevin moreso for McCarron pick; but, likely 5 or 6 of the Habs 7 picks taken after him may turn out to be better NHLers (Crisp was like McCarron and BIG & Fucale who knows). -
Someone has to sit on the bandwagon as she goes off a cliff. Not else sure why would watch any more of games...but I will.

Pathetic, no so for tankers or realists.
