  1. I do not know what changed in how the D is playing , but they seem to have done the right adjustments I wonder if they will just continue playing the same I the third
  2. 20 minutes to go id they continue playing like this. It probably tirn ito a good outcome
  3. he has been impersonating Russ Courtnall this series
  4. Surprisingly well. Price has been amazing. On the goal he has interfered by Habs players Armia had a good 1st Caufield is good, but no score Tram playing as a unit of 5
  5. Merrill is back (don’t know how many shifts he skipped)
  6. Geriatric line coughs up the puck , good thing our overpaid burnout goalie is stopping everything 😜
  7. That was a crappy play by Chiarot to give up a face off
  8. Common Habbies, stop this none sense and just win W-I-N
  9. Boy, that Gufstafson guy is really making a difference 😜
  10. It is steam full of Finish-ers! way to go KK!
  11. Merril hasn’t had a shift since being hit in the corner
  12. It actually did work for game one. Bring it on Leaffy Big Smogs of a team, we got this one Go Habs Go !
  13. I missed hockey during the pandemic stoppage and I am enjoying watching Price, Caufield and to a lesser degree Kotkaniemi and the geriatric line i’ll Watch
  14. LOL that is, the Amazing Mr. Potatohead to you
  15. yeah, that periof od 2008 to 2015 was rough, all those 2nd round picks traded away and picking so late that their first rounders had a 50/50 chance of becoming NHLers, even less of being impact players. that coupled with Juulsen's injury and the duds that were McCarrron, Beaulieu and Tinordi. But that tide turned with the second rebuild, the retool. Started with a bang when trading P.K. and kind of closes with the Paches deal. These are the players, drafts and recent UFAs that are supposed to compete in the Price/Weber window. Poehling, Romanov, Primeau, Kotkaniemi, Caufiled and the prospects are up-and-comers. Not their time yet. I would trade a couple this summer if the Habs win two rounds in this year's series: showing they are legit contenders (still can happen); most likely, they will be the next GM's starting point, riding MB's coattails
  16. ok, I will put my potato neck on the chopping block: I would keep Bergeving and Ducharme for next season
  17. that's what I wrote, not the same but feels the same... because of the expectations at the beginning of the season
  18. it is not like the 1981 expos, the best team in baseball in the second half of a season but it feels that way. Half a season where they looked dominant, and a tough series against a team that is set to win it all. I like this team, I was optimistic at the beginning of the season and I am generally optimistic for the near future. Like the Leafs, the Lightning and the Blues, maybe this is the path to becoming a cup contender: suffering through coming up short in the playoffs. Let's hope they win at least the next game, if not for the joy of watching them play before some fans at the Bell center.
  19. Ducharme is toast Bergevin is almost out the door for some, that may be a reason to rejoice not for me, I hate seeing the Habs loose so poorly
  20. Now, who is going to go on the ice prepare next game ?
