  1. There is nothing worthwhile there. This draft sucks after about 8.
  2. If we had 3 D... at 8m 7m and 5m last season.... thats 20m and the same as having 30 out of a 120m cap
  3. He probably starts the season unless he's needed in a deal for a #2C. then at deadline, decide if you keep for playoffs or trade.
  4. We can, but rumours are he's staying out west right now. the issue is, as always, he is in big demand and can choose the destination.
  5. No one has posted yet. I'll add it when i see it to first post.
  6. Tavares re-signed in toronto 4 years.
  7. the account has 9 followers, he's fake as ####.
  8. He's physical enough. He's not Scott Stevens or anything, but is not afraid to use his size to his advantage.
  9. Id go Matheson - Dobson Guhle - Hutson And not necessarily in that order. Struble - Carrier.
  10. Yes. But you need to get a 2C and that isnt easy. If we dont get a 2C it will be Dach and Newhook in a camp.competitiion for the spot.
  11. On 32T friedman says Montreal ans Nashville make the most sense and the Isles want first round picks this year.
  12. Cant wait til our big draft day move. Suzuki, Caufield, Hutson and 16th overall to move to 15 and take on Derek Forbort's contract. It totally makes sense.
  13. You also want to know if 11m is a real ask or if its im asking so high so the Isles trade me.
  14. Fair point. My offer is contingent on being allowed to speak to him and him agreeing to a contract If im only getting one year via arbitration.... 2 1sts and thats it.
  15. 16, 17, Mailloux, Beck Would be closer to the cost IMO.
  16. Thanks B. Yeah i saw that (as well as some weaker sources like Damico) saying we are interested. I also heard Basu say he cant confirm interest but that Hughes envisioned Reinbacher being like Dobson when he drafted him, so that he believes there would be interest in Dobson from the habs on a podcast.
  17. Russ Brandon was good for the Bills business side. However, he spent well over a decade in his position and in Ralph Wilson's final years, Brandon was the one making the decisions on which GMs to hire, which coaches to hire, etc.... it wasn't working on the football side. I'm sure the personal issues would have been overlooked or forgiven if the Bills were winning under Brandon too. It's easier to forgive issues when the team is winning. I mean the things Joel Quenneville and Stan Bowman did are FAR worse, but leave the league for a couple years and now both have been welcomed back. Not saying its right (it's not) but it is reality.
