  2. *Stands, points, and shouts.. heathen!
  3. Gotta say. Trading Seguin and signing Bergeron to that deal.. is he starting to unravel?
  4. Agreed. On my list is a proper solid 4th line center, too. Im tired of the Moore, Smolinski Metropolit & Halpern's of the world. Too bad Lapierre didn't go to the Bergeron school of faceoffs.
  5. Great call. He's exactly the type of player the bottom 6 needs. I'd be way more comfortable with White on the wing. That being said.. Moen is currently obsolete on this roster. Adding a Steckel type player would seal his fate.
  6. Couldn't agree more. Galchenyuk Eller is going to be a scary 1 2 in a few years. Or if they can find something grand and push Eller into the 3rd slot, Geez. We got ourselves a mini Staal.
  7. Bourque Plekanec Gionta Pacioretty Desharnais Briere Galchenyuk Eller Gallagher Moen White Prust Parros I donno. Something else is gonna happen here. This just don't add up.
  8. Ooooo okay.. Kane Buff Burmov for Bourque Plek DD Diaz Ellis Holland
  9. I agree, Kane Byfuglien Burmistrov for Plekanec Desharnais Moen Diaz Collberg Something like that would be ridiculous, of course. Briere coming in is the perfect piece to fill in for a missing Plek. At less of a cap hit. Giving Galchenuk 2 years to mature into a center. Could be a plausible scenario.
  10. Well. Ill judge this move at the beginning of the season. This signing smells like a per-curser to a trade to me. I hope so, at least, cause, ugh.. Gio DD Gallagher & Briere in the top 6 is suicidal.
  11. Wow! Incredible resume. Well done! MB is building quite the staff. Great organizational move. (..you see ,Vinny.. you SEE!..)
  12. Ive said this numerous times but.. Habs can't go into the season with Gio DD & Gally on the roster and be taken seriously. (As contender-ish-ers)
  13. Im hoping Nystrom & Prust playing 5 seasons together in the Flames system has an effect on his decision. He'd be a great addition.
  14. He's already won a cup. What's left than to bring one home and truly become legendary.
  15. Meh. Im disappointed in him as a person. $3.215M for the next 14 years. Until 47 he'll be being paid more than most active NHLers. As a Montrealer. I just don't understand why. And, I thought Vinny would be the perfect compliment to our roster minus DD. With tones of talent coming. Guys nuts, greedy or has zero pride. I just lost respect for him.. not that that matters. Besides.. as a Montrealer.. whats worse than playing for the Leafs, Bruins or Flyers? Anyways, Im just a different breed of Athlete/person. Im not worried. I trust Bergevin will improve the roster before camp. And, that contract is awful. I think PH should trade himself to NYI for Snow. He and Wang would get along exquisitely. Ile Bizard sucks anyhow.. lmao
  16. Yea, I thought the same thing. I wish we had a Crisp vs McCarron vid to watch lmao. I think Crisp would own him. One good thing about those two. Is Marty Lapointe!
  17. Im on the fence. The way I see it. Leblanc is struggling in the AHL as a first rounder and a lil 5th rounder like Gallagher shoulda won the Calder. You just never know. Thus, with what was remaining at 25th. I like the prospect of McCarron. With all the smallish skilled forwards already in the system. I think this was a necessary gamble. And, if it fails. Its not Kostitsyn in one of the best drafts pools in history. Plus.. Lehkonen, Reway & Andrighetto are top 6 or bust. Essentially, Its possible they wanted Fucale but gambled he'd still be there. Securing the one player they in-fact actually really needed to compliment their farm. Galchenyuk, Kristo, Tinordi and McCarron have history together, I like this.Along with LeBlanc and Kristo fro USHL. Patteryn & Bennett. Dietz & Thrower. Im liking this.. Re La Rose excites me most about this crop. And, Crisp.. you never know. Basically a Schultz replacement with better ethics and athleticism. p.s. Erne was passed up on by Roy, that makes me wonder.
  18. Apparently, Andrighetto turned down a six-digit contract offer from a team in Switzerland. He decided to play in the Q.
  19. True. Needs did dictate instead of BPA but it worked out. Still not as bad as Dylan McIlrath.
