The Habs will finally be signing 2023 fourth-rounder Bogdan Konyushkov to an ELC. However, while he has terminated his KHL contract with HC Torpedo, he will be assigned back to them on loan for the upcoming season. The Habs have signed prospect Vinzenz Rohrer to a three-year, entry-level contract. Side note: I hate this habit of reporting the total value of a deal as its main feature, as opposed to its annual cap hit, which (along with term) is all that concerns us as fans.
