I recently saw Angels and Demons and Night at the Museum 2. A&D: Boring, over simplified and stale. (I had read the book a few years ago as well.) Timmins is very high on this guy and says he is AHL ready right now, so that has to say alot about his physical maturity at least. Trunev will be here roughly the same time frame, so the sooner the better

How was it a dismal draft? They drafted a frenchie for the local flavor, and hit at least 1 home run with the other picks. If you're eluding to a lack of trades, that isn't what the draft is for. By your thinking 29 gm's should be fired because only one trade happened (Pronger). I wouldn't have paid that much for Pronger... no way

I hear ya but in this instance..... why not sign the twins to 15 year deals? They are getting on to 30 year old now so you make the front end worth 5.5 or 6 and then have it tapper off for the last 5 years to be at $1M so the actual cap hit is relatively low. The twins will retire long before 45 anyway so it makes the cap hit workable at least. If both were paid $6M each, the actual cap hit over a 15 year deal would be $4.33 each. (This is assuming the contract is $6M for 10 years and the last 5 years at $1M)

You can sit there and put words into my mouth if you want, but I didn't say anything even remotely close to the crap you posted. (I would really question the use of the word "Elite" though) Over the last 10 years or so we have had many issues with players on and off the ice. Most recently we split up some clicks in the room... Saku /Rivet, ...Mikey Ribs/ Dagenais and Theo etc etc. The Sedins will create that all over again, and likely not even on purpose. No thanks, numbers or not, I'll pass on them and their huge contract demands.

I put in 3 different names, with 3 different addresses from 2 different computers (with different IP addresses) all within the first 3 mins of the form being available. According to the site the process was to have the people register with the form on Monday until 5pm. Then on Tuesday the people getting the tickets would be notified by email, and Wednesday the tickets will be mailed out to the lucky "first come, first serve" people.

Nope it was a first come first serve basis until all the tickets were gone. As for the avatar.... I just got done playing the Ducks in HWL playoffs
