Ok sorry dudes maybe i over reacted wich iam sure i did, iam a little over the edge with this team.There driving me nuts i love this team way to much and care to much to see our amazing talents get washed off, CJ is not doing a proper job, Mtl has the speed but we dont use it; why i have noooooo idea why. CJ is saposadly using trap offense ( iam not 100% sure bout all the offensive plays for hockey) but i know its not effective for our team, to me it looks more like a offense for a slower type team , we have speed were not using it we need scoring were not getting it. Iam fusterated for how long we went on like this we need some players to step up and ribs is not doing sweet all i say if no one wants him get ride of him on waivers anyway i wouldnt care he is not effective and he doesnt do anything for the team. Put bonk on second line when he healthy and u would have a player hopfully getting paid 2.47 million because when he was drafted everyone said he is a big scorer and has a lot of offensive talent. or plex can do the job and he can play well with ryder and zhogs. A lot of ppl looks like there gonna hate me but so be it i have to say it, the reason for brining up these players maybe there is a trade in the works i wouldnt know but i hope gainey is not planning on trading kostistyn i wouldnt wanna lose him for the future. Im i the only one that if thinking that gainey is like hiding the team in the dark waiting for them to be 100% healthy because we all know it wont happen anytime soon, and has anyone seen the schedual for the month of january !!! we would need a mirical to get through it and for what i see theres no mircal happening if this keeps up and CJ has to play the kids since zhogs isnt gonna be in the line up then i want him to play kost the second line with bulis and put koivu back on first with zednik and kovalev. Ok this is by far the dumbest thing i have ever seen happen for the habs i took the inconsistant play i took the terrible line making i took the pansy (ribiero) playign on the top line i took us not scoring i took us playing perezhogin on the last line. Thats i am fed up of these stupideties and gainey is acting like the biggest dumbass i ever seen ( sorry for the language) putting ur best player or at least one of ur best players down for no reason maybe because hes not scoring??? umm maybe cuz he always on last line i dont even think he averages 10 minutes of ice time anymore. Then they call up someone who wont be able to do the job kostisyn?? he still needs to develop and if gainey doesnt do a trade to boost the offense he is dumb and our team is goin into last place and no t gonna make the play offs but who he has to keep is perezhogin koivu kovalev and ryder at the most those are key guys that we need and theo also. What a dumb move done by our general manager!

Ok i dont know if anyone is with me or against me i didnt read all of this post seems kinda usless to me to read that much lol. Anyway mtl will not trade there starting goaltender they made that mistake once they dont need to repeat history, theo is and will remain a habs till the end of his career, also he is one of the ticket selling players for montreal with all the girls loving him so he is safe in mtl. Then rumors were said on team 990 that the scouts were about montreal trading zednik and bulis for milan hedjuk ( suposadly its only a rumor) and that makes sense since avs need to make room for a goalie and theo will not be it, if avs need a goalie well wich they do i say they will go for noronen cheap and good quality. and i hope the rumor of zednik and bulis for hedjuk works:) well replace zednik with ribiero and ill be a happy camper:)

Man all u guys are is want striet gone and say he isnt good first of all hainey is a lazy bum so iam happy we lost him. Streit is playing exceptionaly well recently getting a lot of ice time and his confidence is going up montreal will resign him i say about 2 years for 1.3 million in that rang. watch the games closly and observe him he is going well brining the puck in and getting scoring chances i am happy with mtl chosing him over hainsey. :king:

ok well plex is out 5weeks and our D is good the only this is that iv noticed rivet cost us the last 2 games in a row not playing his man...anyway and yes CJ is completly lost not playing perezhogin. But also ribiero is the biggest problem he cant play with anyone gets out muscled cant score not fast all he has are hands and those only get u so far. but saposadly mtl is looking in for hedjuk i wouldnt wannna lose zednik but if we have to then we would have to and streit is coming alone nicly:) gonna be one of the best defensmen we have soon enough come playoff time. :hlogo:

Well iam really tierd so didnt read every post but umm , julien said it now hes singled out players and how he gave them many chances and they jst not doing there jobs so stop blaming him.

You said that I wanted to trade the crap and replace them with stars and you didn't see how that could be done. I never proposed to trade crap for stars. The stars would be picked up as UFA and to get rid of the crap. Maybe its not what you meant, but its how it comes out when you read it, so yes I was offended. I find ridiculous when people offer 5 crap players for a star, so yes I got offended. He has passing talent, but that doesn't make him a talented player. Talented players have to be good all around. Sundstrom is very talented defensively, but that doesn't make him a talented player. I doubt that Ribs as much value on the market and that he's persived as beeing a talented player. He has way too many weaknesses to be a good player. Habs, one of the classiest organizations??? In the way they treat their players yes but not in how they treated the other teams. The Habs always had mean players who gave cheapshots during their great years. You think Maurice Richard wasn't a mean player who gave cheapshots? Guess what, he was one of the worst and he's our greatest player ever. Feared players bring a dominance on the ice that others can't produce. You think Robinson wasn't mean, Serge Savard and many others. Trust me on this one, the Habs have a bunch of mean players that made them the 24 cup winners that ther are. And Chara is not that bad, he will give it to the other guys when its well diserved. When a player slamed into Hasek a few weeks ago, Chara almost killed the guy...yes I want that on my team because we don't have anyone like that. No one protects our goalie and good players when they are roughed up. A bunch of good guys don't go far in the playoffs. Our 86 team was mean and it gave them a cup. Chelios, Lemieux, these guys were rough. I would love to still have Tucker. Avery is an idiot, that's different. Lets forget about this silly argument but try to be carefull of what you write, it may not be what you meant, but its what you wrote. As for Sykora, its is last year and won't be making 3M$ next year. Probably around 2M$ considering the season he is having...so money should not be an issue here. Is Sykora better then Zednik? I think so. Zednik as leveled off and will never be more then what we have seen from him. As for Sykora, he's still just 29 and as had very good years (much better then Zednik ever had) in the past. I would trade Zednik for Sykora if we can retain Sykora's services next year for 2M$. Don't forget that the cap is now rumoured to be between 40 and 45M$ next year since the NHL is doing better then expected. We will have plenty of cap space to make a few moves. We need 1 very good D and a new 2nd line center. We also need to lose Bonk...waiver I don't care. Latendresse-Koivu-Kovalev Perezhogin-?-Ryder Bulis-Plekanec-Higgins ?-Bégin-? We can sign a good 2nd line center as a FA or make a trade for one (personnaly, I would love to get Richards)and fill the 4th line with cheap gritty FA. At D: Markov-Rivet ?-Komisarek Bouillon-Dandenault I would love to get Redden as a FA. Those top 2 D pairs would be getting most of the ice time with Bouillon and Dandy being a very good 3rd pair for the 10-15 minutes they would have to play. For goalies, well everyone knows i don't like Theo (proud to be is #1 hater, because I'm sure Bob doesn't like him either), so stuck with him until Price is ready in 2-3 years. Your talking crazy talk and i dont think latendress will be with us next season even if he is that good he will still be young and we will have players with the team making it for sure unless something happens i dont know. But if something were not to happen then plekanec can play the seconline center. this is how i think it will happen next season, and you forgot that we will have souray next season, this is my prediction is what the lines would be. Sykora-Koivu-Kovalev Perezhogin-Plekanec-ryder/zednik ( if one of them stay) Bulis-Higgins-Sundtrum Begin-Murray-Dags(if not traded or someone els.) And you will be able to play with these lines alot. Latendresse almost made the team this year...why would he not be able to make next year? Look at the crap we have as wingers on our top 2 lines, Latendresse can easily replace Zed or the rotation of left wingers we have been having on the 2nd line. Besides, don't you think that they are realizing more then ever that we don't have big gritty wingers who charge the net and go stand in front of it. Unless he chokes at next year's camp, count on Latendresse to make the team. There's nobody in the AHL who is good enough that will be making the team. Kostitsyn is not ready and I'm starting to wounder if he will ever be ready. Souray is FA at the end of the year by the way...so good bye. As for your lines...your the one doing the crazy talk. Sykora is not part of the team and I don't think that BG will go get him as a FA and would let him go at the end of this year if he were to get him this year in a trade. Dags is no 4th liner. Sundstrom is a FA so good bye. I like Plekanec, but is no 2nd line center. We need someone better then that if we want to be a top team. He's the perfect 2-way 3rd line center. Higgins was converted to a winger 2 years ago because he sucks a face-off and the Habs have no intention of playing him as a center (did not play center once this year...I think it says it all). As for Ryder/Zednik, I think its quite obvious that Ryder is a much better scorer and natural scorer then Zednik. Ryder plays with the idiot Ribs and scores a lot vs. Zednik who can't score with Koivu and Kovalev. Sorry, but your predictions are full of errors and things that are impossible. Get your facts staright before saying that someone is crazy talking...you kind of lose credibility when you follow that we a lineup filled of mistakes. I think mine is much more realistic. Yours is giving us a team with a 30M$ payroll when we will be able to spend over 40M$ next year. Why settled for less if you can have better players???? So dont freak out we already have alot of young guys with this team thats staying and making it and wants alot of ice time. perezhogin is one of them hes mtls future...so yes its a possebility on what happens with mtl in the end of the season. but i dont count 100% latendress will make the team, and you have to think he is young and still has to mature. Ok well fine then we shall put bonk on waivers because i dont think many people would pick up his salery, trade ribeiro and i dont think burke is a moron iam sure he is the first to realize ribeiro stinks this year. But also quality over quantatie so 2 players that doing better then sykora would be a plus, because he is rebuilding his team you have to think of also and we dont know what he really wants.

Because he's the worst player out there. He deserves to be crucified. He's far from playing like a decent 2nd line center. CJ finally mentionned is name publicly last night for playing horribly. Him and Zednik are worthless so far this year. Bulis is starting to get on my nerves to. We need players with more grit and heart. Too many of our top 2 lines player are heartless guys. Alright me and my firend big habs fans been talking about this for a long long time ever since sykora was in the market. The best thing would be to trade ribeiro because he is not worth anything and can not skate, is weak, slow, bad checker, bad in face off, and bad defensivly so in the end trade ribeiro and bonk for sykora. Even though i realy like zednik he is a force when hes on his game but how much longer do we have to wait....i certainly dont want to wait much longer for this slump to end. So lets say these would be the lines if ribeiro and bonk get traded. Sykora-Koivu-Kovalev(2 big players causing lots of room) Zednik-Plekanec-Perezhogin Bulis-Higgins-Sundstrum Begin-Murray-Dagenais Now gainey can do what he wants with zednik or ryder, wich ever he wants to keep and deal either of them for a better Dman, then we have 2 scary scoring lines with speed.

Yes it will work out in time but montreal thats how it is usually but its been long time now iam happy with out team maybe we can add more Defensive depth.. But ribeiro isnt good and he been doin nothing all season

Dags showed hussle in last nights game dont put him down he did good and besides ribeiro cant play so he cant do much to help dags for how much he not worth anything ryder ill agree with the stupid goal but yea dags is good espesialy for his salery.
