I think Washington beats Columbus today. Only cause Columbus made it a rout yesterday and they decided to physically beat on them too. Washington knows that if Columbus wins out they face might face them in the 1st round and I don’t think they’d want to on the back of two losses. That my wishful thinking logic at least.

I’m wiling to say it and I'm totally comfortable with having people look at me like I have 3 heads. I especially get very defensive when they use the “secondary assist merchant” argument. If they actually watched him play they would know that those goals are primarily driven by his insane ability to maintain possession and create high quality chances out of thin air. My eyes know what they see and they are not wrong. This kid is an absolute magician.

No offense but Slaf needs to get his head out of his ass. When he’s on he’s great. But when he’s off he’s absolutely brutal.

I’ve been watching this damn team for 40+ years. There hasn’t been a single defenseman that does the things this kid does. Night in, night out he blows my damn mind. Cannot even begin to verbalize how blessed I feel to have him on our team.

Boy oh boy I can’t imagine two ultra talented and work driven on this team. Dynamism we haven’t seen in our lifetime.
