Mark Napier
OK here's my part to make this thread bigger . I think the Habs will finish higher than the Leafs this season. When was the last time this has happened? It's been a while, I'm guessing close to 10 years. I know the answer could be easily found by doing a search on the internet but I'm too lazy for that right now. Anyone know off hand? :ghg:

lazy26
I'm looking forward to the guys just barely half of Belfour's age find the back of the net. Also, anybody else think that Ivanans might give Captain Concussion his next trip to the IR? :ghg:
puck7x
Komisarek is not playing tonight, damnit... I wanted him to crush Lindros. Streit plays instead.
puck7x
Oh well, I guess Komisarek will get his shot at the leafs next Saturday, and I'll be there in person, so its even better Streit had to play sooner or later, I suppose. lets hope he doesnt look too out of place. GOHABSGO22
Komisarek is one of the Habs best dman. He should play and sourey should sit out
simonus
souray perhaps is more in need of getting some ice time to fix himself up. Komisarek, if anything, could probably use the day to continue to recover from flu aftereffects (dont think he still feels sluggish, but maybe could spend the night eating pasta and putting that weight back on)
Psycing
Sux that Komo is out. Though, anxious to see how Streit plays... I really think he's got the stuff to be a huge addition thanks to the new rules.

puck7x
0-0 after about 7 minutes of play. Habs have killed off 2 penaties so far (a long 5 on 3 too) , no PP's yet. The 2nd line had a great shift, Higgins really adds a spark. Go habs!
puck7x
Looks like the habs are getting a PP... Btw: Ivanans had his first shift, and actually played pretty well. Not a liability so far.
Leafs Suck
Ugh, no flow. Neither team looked overly dangerous. Some flashy moves by Perezhogin at the end.
