The Habs have the prospects to get Duchene if MB wishes to do so.. Sergy, Juuls, Lindgren .. All nice prospects. Duchene is the exact type of player that Montreal has been missing for years. If you can add him without subtracting much from the team, you give yourself a mighty good chance at the ultimate goal.

I do not believe for one second that Price has 'checked out.' He is a champion with all the pride and desire that go with that. I speculate one of the following: 1. His wife had a baby. He is distracted or, more likely, more exhausted than usual and the fatigue is slowing his reaction time. This is more plausible than many people would think, I suspect. 2. He is injured. This is all too probable given his history. 3. His mechanics are simply off and due to the ridiculous schedule, he hasn't had the proper time to make the needed technical adjustments. I'll say this. This franchise cannot afford to sacrifice another season due to Price. He HAS to get back to his 'A' game by the playoffs.

You want to talk about players playing well... thats one thing. You take a potshot at their off-ice behaviour without proof or a legitimate source (and no your cousin's best friend's mom is not a source), I find disrespectful. These are people too. If he gets a DUI, or gets arrested or something that would be different. But saying a player is a booze hound with no proof is slander/libel to me.

Boooo. Over the top reaction to a pretty harmless comment for sure. (What next, cant call someone an Idiot, even in jest...unless have proof his IQ dosent measure up to norm?)
