It's to early to tell we don't know where we are picking. But for the love of god it better be the top center available. It's time for this organization to address that need.

Nothing will happen. I think MB maybe asking to much for his players. He doesn't want to look weak infront of the other gm's. Maybe just flash gets traded for a 5 pick. But I think that's about it. The last big deal he has done was get vanek. Hasn't done anything since. He has been living off that trade ever since.

Still can't believe that without price this team is this bad. i just think that MT hasn't adjusted his way of coaching. He can't coach the same way he does when price is in the net, but he does. He needs to change his system up to adjust for the lost of price.

The fact is that this organization over the past 25 years has not address our needs. To many band aid trade moves to patch things up and hide behind GREAT goaltending. We have passed up on a lot of good draft picks in the draft and ufa's because of it. And this is the end result of it.

It's no surprise that our offense dries up when our centers go cold. Been that way for the last 25 years now. But what I don't understand is way they have never address this over the last 25 years.

Is this a slump or is the sky falling. Wow last time we had a season like this we finished 3rd last.

It's time to cut the payroll try and trade away markov, eller, plekanec, desharnais, emelin. Get what you can for them. I would get draft picks. Try and get as high as a pick that we can so we can get some high end talent in our system. Then come July 1st we go do some shopping. Bring in some fresh blood to go along with the cord that we have in place.

Why fire MT when there is no one out there better because they have to hire someone who speaks French. I say don't rush price. Trade players like DD, TP, markov, A.E, eller. Clear up cap space and go shopping on July 1st. we have a good core group of players on this team. It's time to cut the old guys and bring in new blood.

This team is what it's been for the past 25 years , It realize on goaltending. If we don't get the goaltending this is what happens. Ever year we hit patches like this. But this year just seems like there not going to come out of it. What I don't understand is for the last 25 years now we have needed a true #1 centre but they have done nothing to get one. I understand it's hard to trade for one. But to not draft one in the 1st round all these years I don't understand it. Until we become better and stronger down the middle this team will go no where.

How long away is price and will he alone right the ship? Do we call it a season tell price to take his time and come back stronger next year, trade away players like dd, TP and AM and get what we can for them? Fire MT in hopes we can turn it around? Make a trade for a top line sniper with hopes of getting into the playoffs? He has about a month and a half tell the trade deadline to come up with something.
