Was i the only one who thought gustavsson should have been given an interference penalty? I felt like that was a turning point in the game. Gustavsson holds player down for a full 20 seconds while the play leaves the zone. Play blown down and face off in defensive zone. Botched breakout and goal. 1-0 in a very low scoring chance game against an extremely stingy team.

I've had him as a very good two way #2 #3 all along. I still think he will be that. Ghule and Huston are my core dmen right now. Hutson being #1 in two years. Just need to pray to whatever entity you choose that a #2 and #4 right hander can magically appear from within or outside the system.

I havent loved the goaltending this season. I also haven't loved the defense or team defense. If the defense was stellar, good, or even respectfully nhl quality, I could understand wanting to try something new in the goaltending department. I can't think of a single game this year where the team played well and the goalie laid an egg. Primeau has looked bad this year, but until he is the reason for a loss, I don't see the hurry to waivers him.

This team sucks.
