Our powerplay is going to suffer. Not that it hasen't been aleady. What i want to know though is how did it go from missing practice but will play against the panthers. To questionable for the next game (vs the devils). Now he's out 3 weeks.

If we play this 3rd like last nights 3rd, we will win! Go habs!

Guys we just gotta get the first goal. Thats it! Then the floodgates will open. We haven't scored the first goal in like 9 (or so games). It's just gonna take that first one for the guys to losen up the grips a little.

Wow, I'm so glad you guy's have no say over who is captain. Cuz last time i checked he was voted in by his team mates. And I bet if the 22 other guys in the dressing room took a vote today he would still be captain. He was a god in mid december. Did he just all of a sudden become a bad captain? We are so good at running our best players out of town. It's amazing really. Is it any wonder why we have a tough time attracting free agents.

I don't think its a case of Gainey sitting on his hands. It's a case of not selling the farm for a quick fix. If the right move is out there Bob will make it. We are in good hands. Kinda makes you wonder why anyone in their right minds would want to be the GM or Coach of the Habs. One minute you're a Genius, and the next people are calling for your head. Just like in the summer Bob made some really good offers to Shanny and Elias (better than what they signed for the rumor is). But he can't be blamed because they weren't interested in coming to Montreal. I think the guy deserves a break. Imagine if Reggie Houle was still running things.

Don't want to jump all over Carbo. Cuz when we were winning he was a Jack Addams canadate. But The lines need to be fixed. We have our number one center playing with a defenseman and a defensive forward. Why wasn't a Koivu, Kovi, Sammy line even experimented with? It couldn't possibly have hurt to try if only for a few games? Everyone else on the team was given a chance on the top line except for Sammy. I just don't get it.

Didn't he buy Theo's house? Maybe there's something up with that place. Just sayin... lol

Only if we start to skate. But the third is usually (excluding yesterday) our best period.

I just wish Guy would try putting Kovalev and Koivu together on a line for a few games. Even better, Put Koivu in between Kovalev and Samsonov. If that doesn't get that line going Nothing will. It wouldn't hurt to try that for a couple of games. I hate second guessing coaches cuz they have a tough enough job without fans and media second guessing their every move. But to the best of my knowledge thats pretty much the only combo that hasen't been tried.

The panthers are the most penalized team in the league so that should give the most Deadly PP in the league lots of practice. Go Habs Go!

I think it's good we're playing in Buffalo. The Sabres seem to be a better road team than at home.
